my friends and i get there at 10:50 am and wait for it to open at 11am. There was a young man and woman who seemed annoyed that we were trying to come in at 10:58am. We put in order for 3 burritos. Took them a long while considering we were the only ones there. Did not get any chips or salsa. They seemed supered annoyed that they had costumers??? We were quiet and patient. They barely spoke to us besides«what would you like?» Food was ok… not spectacular. they never checked on us if we need anything or if we r enjoying food. At the end when I left I smiled & said thank you and they just glanced up and then away. WHATISTHEIRFUCKINPROBLEM?

Sadly, Peacha’s is not open on weekends, hence the 4 stars. This is my absolute favorite lunch place, myself and my coworkers all LOVE it! The food is super yummy and the people who work here are super nice. The vegetarian burrito is the best burrito I’ve ever had! Be sure the add avocado. I’ve also had the taco salad and subbed a veggie patty for chicken which they are always happy to do. The bowls, the salads, the burritos, and the veggie burgers are all delicious. Be sure to get some chips, they have Lowry’s seasoned salt on them. I love this place. I’m hungry now. Rock on Peacha’s!

Don’t overlook this place while driving on Victory or you will miss out on a great meal. I’ve tried the taquitos, tacos, chimichangas, and burritos on several different visits. Ferrari and the crew always provide a good experience and I like the décor. I just wish they were open longer.

Hidden gem next to Western Tires off Victory! Walked over while I was waiting for my tire to get patched — was really surprised at the menu as they had quite a mix of items! I order a pretty basic carne asada burrito, and mexican coke. The burrito was pretty large, and they give you chips & salsa to start. It was full of rice, meat, guac, etc etc. Nothing more I can say except that it was delicious, and authentic… Always love supporting mom/pop local spots, and this one is definitely it.

Stale chips, flavorless salsa. Super bland food. I have no idea why people are so crazy for this place. We had the tacos and the taco salad. Took entirely too long for what came out.

As a fan of almost any kind of breakfast burrito, I am giving this place 4 stars! The burrito was generous with the eggs and I asked for it spicy and they gave me a hot sauce on the side as well. It is delcious with avocado(but I added my own since I had one). I would try other things here. Seems like a good local spot if you are in the area and want a Mexican food fix. Also awesome, breakfast burritos served ALLDAYLONG. Now that is fantastic. Service is friendly, too! Watch you step — I almost ate it on the way in AND out on the step up into the restaurant!

I tried Steak Chimi and Buritto here and they have the best Burrito I have ever had so far. It was really good like better than Taco King and El Taurino.

Food was great and so was the server. She was lovely probably the only thing worth coming back for. A blonde woman was very rude and If she was the manager she should find a new profession because she obviously doesn’t know how to treat her employees. I felt uncomfortable being there with her yelling at them. Very unprofessional.

Chimichungas were bomb, we got both the beef and chicken and I have to say both were equally delicious. The beef one is a litle more cheesier though for cheese lovers but the chicken meat was tender and tasted very fresh. Wasn’t very oil either which I was expecting for the chimichungas… The only reason I give this place a 4 star is because they don’t have the famous carne asada fries or horchata which are classical all time Mexican dining favorites…

Pretty basic, long wait, I don’t see why this place has 4.5 stars. Took 30 minutes to get our food, and sadly I’ve had MUCH better. We had nachos, chicken bowl and tacos… Didn’t see the hype in any of it. Sadly, I was disappointed.

Yes, it’s a walk up tiny Mexican joint. I’ve only had their cheese burger and Philly Cheese-steak. Both are flavor EXPLOSIONS. I am dead serious. I am a fat man with a fat appetite. The flavors and texture were heavenly. You get chips/salsa, a coke, and the cheese-steak or burger for $ 10. Great value and great tasting food! The place is also very clean. The kitchen is well maintained as are the limited seating inside. The only negative are the hours of operation. Which sadly means I only get to go on a day off.

First, I love places like this. Small, no nonsense hard working folks making good grub. I was just Unilocaling and saw the 4.5 stars and figured it had to be good. And it did not disappoint! Just look at the size of those tacos!!! Man, after two I was done but somehow had the courage and will to finish them all. Plus, they were good. Simple and clean. Good tortillas and really a nice salsa. The mandatory chips were crispy and perfect other that not being warm. I’m ok with that when the main dish is so good. The burritos at the next table looked massive and delish. Service was quick and friendly. About 8 tables plus a front take out. Clean! Parking is easy, but the best was the value for what you get. My whole lunch was about $ 10! That is a good day with good food! I’d go back anytime.

Had a Queen Burger today. The burger was pretty good. Well cooked and good quality meat for sure. The staff seems nice and the place is fun in a low key, dive-y way. No complaints on that front at all. Only real problem was that it took me nearly 20 minutes to get 1 hamburger. It didn’t come with fries and I made no special requests, just a hamburger. It was during lunch but the crowd was pretty small and it didn’t seem overly busy by any means. I got the burger to go, which means I was hoping to have it fairly quickly, but no lie, it took them 20 minutes to get it to me. Maybe they were understaffed or maybe it always takes that long. Anyway, cool little place but make sure you have PLENTY of time to wait for food or if you are REALLY into studying the funny artwork of Steven Tyler and the Beatles, then by all means, study away while your tummy grumbles.

Fantastic burritos, chimis, and tacos. It’s kind of a gentrified gringo burrito, but still damn good. They make a strange salsa… like a crushed stewed tomato base. I dig it. And their homemade chips are a definite bonus. Usually I just toss out the chips that I get at your average Mexican joint, but these are fried fresh and covered in seasoning salt. Haven’t had their burgers, but they look interesting(Grill’Em All styled varieties). Great service too. :)

After only three lunches here, three days in a row, I want to give them 5 stars based on their tender, juicy, light and delicious chicken breast that they put in their tacos, burritos and things. Haven’t tried any other meat here yet because I’m so loving their chicken. And their counter service is nice and chill, and the owner seems really nice and exceptionally stands behind how they cook things. The place is quite charming inside, not as I expected from its curb appeal that could go unnoticed, had our office not ordered food here one day. I might have never stopped here otherwise. I’ve had a burrito, soft taco and now chicken chimichanga. I didn’t love the chimi because it’s actually big, and that huge burrito being fried just tasted like frying oil that’s been used a thousand times. But other than the tortilla not being great after frying, the inside was still as delicious as ever. I love their chips, too. They season it with something tasty like maybe seasoned salt or some mixture of spices. And they use the smooth thin guacamole which is good with this style Mexican food. I might stay away from the burrito tortilla and the chimis from now on, just because of my last experience with the tortilla having that overused cooking oil smell. But that’s not keeping me from coming here for everything else!

This place would have a line anywhere else in LA. Eat here.

Attention all Chipotle and local Mexican food loving customers in the Burbank area: after eating at Peacha’s, it’s really difficult to make my way back to Chipotle. In fact, I haven’t eaten Chipotle in the last 5 months and I don’t plan on ever going back. I know the walking distance to and from Alameda/Pass/Riverside Ave is really convenient but my body feels much better eating some home-made Mexican food, especially considering how frequent my Mexican food cravings are. Peacha’s is definitely worthy and fully entitled to the«hidden gem» status as being a one of a kind mom & pops style restaurant in the Burbank/Toluca Lake vicinity. I work for the studios nearby and have been eating lunch here religiously for about 4 months now. The theme and ambiance is set with some good classic rock music, which definitely makes the eating experience not only delicious, but also nostalgic. They start you off with a free basket of chips & salsa while you wait til your order is fully prepared. That service alone brings me back each time. Their chips & salsa is absolutely delicious — as being a witness to a guy drinking the salsa straight out of the salsa cup. no lie! :) My two favorites at Peacha’s are their chicken hard tacos & their chicken deep fried chimichanga burritos. First of all, their chicken tacos are refreshingly AMAZING! If you’re hesitant on what to try first, then please go with their chicken tacos. Then, once you gain some confidence in the quality of their food, you can graduate to their deep fried burrito aka«The Chimi». Huge shout out to the owner and all the staff for establishing probably the best work-week Mexican lunch spot in all of Burbank, all for under $ 10. 2 thumbs up for Peacha’s!

So we received a Group On to Peachas. The place from outside looks like a hole in the wall but once you come in the décor is pretty cool. Place is clean and bright. My husband had the chicken Flautas and I had a beef bowl, the food was delicious. Group On brought us here and the food will keep us coming back again and again. The staff were very friendly. We will be back.
