Great customer service… I was in Burbank & went to the place where I got my car alarm installed to have the battery in the remote replaced. They didnt have any in stock so I searched for the nearest Radio Shack and it took me to Victory & Buena Vista. This plaza is where Fresh & Easy and Yogurtland are. I walked in and was greeted immediately. The nice lady asked what I needed and I told her. She pointed out the area in the store where they stocked the batteries and another employee was there to show me my options. She pointed out that the Sony 5-​pack was as much as the 3-​pack of another brand. Easy choice.
I walked around to see what else they had. There were a lot of phone accessories from chargers to external battery packs. It also looks like there is a Sprint store located inside now as well. So it’s a one stop shop for sure.
I paid for my batteries and was out of there. Everything took about 10 mins. All the employees were friendly and that was real nice to encounter. I will certainly go back again.

It’s closed. Don’t come here. It’s a Sprint store now. blah blah blah. Wasted my time come here. Why does Unilocal have minimum characters? I just quickly want to say that it’s closed and nothing else. There’s nothing else to say. ITS CLOSED ITS CLOSED ITS CLOSED

Don’t always Unilocal but had to for the Sprint service provided at this location! Adrienne is a professional who understands customer needs, I didn’t feel like I was being promoted to but unnecessary products which happened earlier at a different Sprint location! He’s knowledgable about products and sprint services and very helpful!
If you’re looking for a new phone or any sort of Sprint related service, I highly recommend this place!

Sprint Store at RadioShack
Took my Mom there to get her a new phone. The staff was amazing. They all helped us — my Mom conducted «²⁰⁄₂₀ questions» on every employees phone. The store was getting ready to become part Sprint store and loved that the employees were so patient with my Mom.
Thanks again! Will be going back for all of our Sprint/​Radio Shack needs!

Was looking for the cheapest phone for now beings that mine broke. Only need it for a week until i get my bling bling phone. Thanks to WENDY, SHE WAS ABLE TO FIND A GOOD PHONE FOR ME. I call the phone I got,“a ghetto phone. Actually I think everyone should get one for emergency since now everyone has touch screen.

Quick and painless…
I needed an adapter for a trip overseas. Called in to make sure they had some options and the lady over the phone was super nice and helpful. As soon as i got there i asked for her and she was able to show me where the needed adapter was. Walked me over to the counter to charge me and I walked out.
It probably took me longer to type up this review then how long i was in the store. Great customer service. always call ahead to make sure they have what you need.

Recently my daughter and I decided to upgrade her iphone to the 4s and give me her 4. I had to then find something to do with my 3gs. By chance we stumbled upon Jessica and Neo, the manager of this Radio Shack. First they bought my 3gs for $ 70. Then we got the uograde for $ 25 less than at the ATT store plus a $ 25 certificate toward product purchase. But above all we received the best customer service. Jessica and Neo were beyond helpful and the hour and ½ appointment went by in a flash because they were so much fun. I would highly recommend this store !!!

The guys here have helped both my husband & I with multiple things. They were very accommodating & helpful. Sometimes things seemed to go a bit slow, but they were doing everything they could. We really like them!

This Radio Shack sucks balls.
I called the store looking for a 12volt adapter, the guy that answered the phone said they had it in stock, I went in and asked for it and they said they didn’t carry adapters. What the f**k?
I told the guy behind the counter that I had called a couple of days ago and that I was told they carried them and had them in stock. The dude said:
«Sorry man I don’t know who told you that, but we don’t carry those. By the way can I interest you in a phone?»
«No thanks man.»
«Well since you’re here and I can’t let you leave empty-​handed…» *sly grin*
«Ok cool… How about a 12volt adapter?»
«I told you we don’t carry those»
«And I told you no thanks»
