I have had extensive experience with this company which has the contract to handle medical applications for Medical coverage and Covered California with several hospitals.
After months of unreturned phone calls, loosing vital documents and failing to send documents to the governmental agencies I can tell you that you will may possibly lose your eligibility because of their delays or it will take months and months for it to take effect.
All they are is a middle man and they take forever to ask for the needed documents and they take forever to send them to the County. You can do it all yourself with far less hassle.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I’ve been waiting for two months for them to handle the case and they still have not been able to ask me for and send the required documents.
After talking with a case worker at the County, who advised me to drop them, I was able to deal with the County directly and move my application forward.
Again, save yourself a lot of time, frustration, and anger. Don’t use this company.
