This review is based on his office staff and how they handle customers, and not the DR. I have called for over a week to get a hold of Dr. Rubin, and they have a phone answering system. Which means after a certain amount of rings it gets transferred to the answer system. Someone will pick up and take a message from you, and fax over your message to the office. I have called over a week, minimum 5 times a day, and I get this answering service. The employees at the answering service inform you that the Dr. is not available. This is a horrible system. I have not once been able to get a hold of the office employees. No one has called me back. The staff here need to be trained on how to receive messages and pass them along the appropriate people. For goodness sakes it is a doctors office. People who call here need medical attention. It is not okay, for a doctors office not to return calls for over a week, unacceptable.
