Googled rug cleaners in the area, since nobody answered, I continued down the list. About 20 minutes later I get a call, and when I answer, I get a blast of static noise in my ear, so I hang up. Call comes in again, I answer, and this guy starts screaming at me «Why you hang up?! Why you hang up?! I speak Persian to you so you hang up on me!» After I calmed him down, «What you want?» he asks. Uh, never mind.

The experience I had with these guys was fantastic. Picked up the rug promptly & were able to service & clean it within a week. The guy who came to pick up the rugs was friendly & incredibly experienced. Definitely will use again!

I had the worst experience. They overcharge me and did a lousy job. They came and picked up my WOOL Persian rug, but charged me for SILK rug. After a week they brought my rug back and one side was not clean. I called and after much argument they agreed to wash it again. Second time they brought it back still some area was not clean. He tells me you pay us for deep cleaning and every part will be clean. I looked at the website and I have no idea what is the difference between the wash they show on their website and deep cleaning. I had my carpet washed before and they did a beautiful job. I am very sorry I lost the phone number of the previous company. I WILL NOT USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

These guys are the best. They cleaned my rug and it looks like the day my family purchased it. They deliver for free too. Greatly recommended especially for Persian rugs

I got 2 of my huge Persian Rugs cleaned & repaired here. Pick up & delivery was free which made my life 10x easier…& they also were very prompt & finished them both in 1 week. Definitely will use again.
