Super rude staff. No greeting, or help, and snide remarks when I asked question about valid forms of proof of license. First time here, will never go back.

I live near by and am a licensed professional. I just wanted to check the place out see what kind of products they carry. I was barely there for 2 minutes before a girl asked me if I had an account, I said no but wanted to look around before I opened one. I was asked to leave the store for not having an account and was told that I could not even browse the selections without one. I was planning on opening an account, not anymore I’ll stick with driving a little father to CosmoProf.

I am a regular here and I love the girls at this location. Myra Maria and Elise are all amazing. They were so helpful when I had treatment for my cancer and problems with my legs. Maria always insisted in carrying out all of my packages. These girls are Gems! Thank you for your wonderful service and all of your support and kindness.

I personally have had great customer service with these people for quite some time whether it’s just me or me with a guest, the service is always polite and courteous. Thank you Maria & the crew for what you do.

Totally agree with the person above. Have a bad taste in my mouth for this location. A stylist friend and I stopped at this location to pick up some color. She realized that she didn’t have her card. The girl at the desk was so rude to her about not being able to look up her membership. No smile, zero friendliness, looked like she hated life. I understand that every business has it’s policies and procedures that have to be followed, I get it. There is a nice way to go about telling people that you are unable to do something. My friend wasn’t being pushy or unfriendly, just asking if there was any other way to look up her membership/account without having to make the drive back home. This chick was stony faced the entire time. Now this is the kicker. My friend said«Ok let me go back home to grab my license, I’ll be right back.» The girl was standing just 12 inches away behind the desk, facing us. No way she didn’t hear, as my friend said it TO her. She just stared at us, obviously relieved that we were leaving and said nothing. We go back to my friend’s house in North Hollywood, grab her license and drive back. A grand total of maybe 20 minutes. The place was now CLOSED. The same girl was still behind the desk, texting on her phone. Would it have killed her to tell us that they were closing shortly when we said we were coming right back? I realize that this is our fault too for not checking the time but she was so unpleasant as a whole, she could have taken the extra second to let us know not to bother. Wow Salon Centric, you desperately need some customer service tranings at this location. So disappointed.

While their products and prices get the job done, the employees and management at this location are about as customer friendly as a porcupine. My wife will go out of her way 30 minutes to go to a location that is further away. Problems with questions, returns — even with smiles. Avoid this particular location
