I love them! They are located within the mall, directly outside Macy’s entrance on the 2nd floor(street level from the northwest side). I have been multiple times, and each person seems to be able to find the knots in my back, neck, and arms and miraculously work them out. I also have never waited more than 5 minutes, even on Friday evenings or the weekend, which is a bonus. I’ve been to several of these places elsewhere, but So Relax in Burbank is my favorite for the quality and price. A few things to be aware of: 1. They are directly outside Macy’s entrance so it is in a public area. 2. They do accept credit cards, but occasionally will need to walk 30 – 50 feet further towards the mall to get a signal. This has occasionally take 1 – 2 minutes but wasn’t a huge deal to me.(It was just confusing the first time since I didn’t understand what the issue was.) 3. They have about 4 seats where folks can wait, in case you have a spouse or friend not wanting the same experience. 4. They do tend to have firmer pressure for the massages. I love this, but it’s not my husband’s preference.
