If possible I would give them a -*!
I contracted for a 4-​day tenting service and they took the tent down on the morning of the 3. day. I was never notified of this in any way .
After numerous phone calls, I got a refund of my unneeded hotel bill but they refuse to refund the money for the extra day. Aside from that, the people did quite a bit of damage to the property.
This is rather fraudulent business practice and I would never recommend Terminix to anyone!!!

fraudulent, rude and horrible service
They are billing me for services not rendered. I contracted them for less than a month. I was so unhappy with their services. I am being billed $ 700 plus dollars for exterior work. What exterior work? no traps were placed outside; nothing was sprayed and only a couple holes outside were plugged up. I had to hire a laborer to plug up the rest of the holes they left open. Also I kept calling them to come and they didn’t when they finally did the Terminix guy put a rat trap in the kitchen and my poor disabled sister’s foot got caught in the trap. I wasn’t home. My brother found her hopping on one foot trying to get the trap off. Not funny!!! Also they would be three hours late and think it was ok. One Terminix guy was bad mannered and disrespectful.
The worst is however being charged for services not rendered. I signed a contract with them but it did not state what specifically they were suppose to do and what the cost of each item was. I was too trustful. Please beware to sign any contract with this fraudulent company
