Now Jennifer (Manager) is back everything is great again. There is less banging on walls because they have now renovated most apartments. Service is excellent here and I can recommend living here again.

We have lived here for 3 years and now that they’ve changed management we are running as quick as we can. Our rent increased by almost $ 300/​month which is what new residents with newly renovated spaces are paying. We’ve had new issues with loud rude neighbors talking outside at 2 am during the week. Now they’re doing more upgrades with our plumbing. Before, they would at least warn us a few days ahead and only do this during work hours. Last Saturday, I woke up at 9 am to nothing! I had an event to get to & couldn’t even wash my face! Most of the friends we’ve made here are also leaving.
