I used to get a hair cut and do my beard once a week and every time there was a new problem with my hair cut or my beard line up and when i would ask him nicely to fix it he would get very angry and start yelling and he would say «don’t teach me how to do my job“so now i go to another barber shop on Magnolia and Reese in burbank and I’m very happy with the professional job they do.

It’s Sunday around 6pm. It’s dark outside and every single barber shop is closed. It’s been several months since I’ve had a hair cut and I’ve been growing my beard since July of this year. Needless to say I looked like I just crawled out of the woods and it definitely showed.
I park down the street near the liquor store and walk in just as George was about to lock up for the night. I asked him if the shop was closed. In the same breath that he tells me yes, he invites me to sit down.
George is an artist. I had searched for styles earlier that day and had a few in mind. I told him exactly what I was looking for and he made it come to life.

Best!!! If you have been looking for a good and affordable hair stylist in la… Look no further! This is it! George is amazing! And such a nice guy. Not only did my hair look amazing (roots, lowlight, and cut) but we had the best time just chatting away :) I will keep coming back and referring everyone I know! 5 stars!!!

I love this place. I always had to travel the freeway to get to a good barbershop but ever since this place opened near my house I go here a lot. George cuts hair very well, and he is also very fast. Two thumbs up: D

George is such a steal. I don’t want to give him good reviews because then his prices will go up! He loves hair and is kind of like watching a violinist when he performs. He’s a very talented artist, provided great customer service and overall just a really sweet and genuine guy. I hope Vero takes off, but not too quickly, because I don’t want to pay salon prices for salon treatment!
Parking is easy — lots of open spaces on Victory. Easy access all around.
He made product recommendations, but didn’t try to sell us anything (which is ALWAYS appreciated).
Note: I called ahead to see if he took cards, and he said his machine was currently broken. I’d recommend you do the same if you’re concerned about paying cash/​card.
I’ll be coming back for sure!

I really loved my haircut from George! He was energetic and friendly and very reasonable in price.
I really enjoyed the experience and he gave me a lot of information on hair care – he answered all my questions… and I had a lot of them!
They can do almost anything you need and I am really happy to find a «one-​stop-​shop» in this aspect. It takes a village between my hair, eyebrows, updos for special occasions, etc, and I am definitely going to keep coming back. Thanks George! :)

I went there to get one highlight and lighter hair and, eded up with black hair.
Did not cover my gray hair because he couldn’t seen them to beguin with.
The place Doesn’t accept cards, but in the internet advertisement it says it does.
I had to go and get cash in the liqueur store which charged me two dollars.
