You thought the last department head was bad! Most of the people lack any personality at all you just want to get out as fast as possible. The check-​out process is so bad if your on a deadline you might as well forget it. And the check-​in process it can take days. I highly doubt there will be any significant great changes to this place until there are personnel changes. «You know the old saying!» out with old in with the new from the new top to the old bottom. Apparently costumers have been complaining about the new head of the department at other costume houses. «Way to go Warner Bros.» Latest news apparently there so awful that people are taking all there business to Universal and now their swamped with business.
