I will never go to another Verizon store as long as these 2 girls are around Carla and Diane are the best there always friendly and very helpful with what ever I need they know there stuff and make it very easy when it comes to up grades. Also they always keep me updated on the newest product and promotions which I love because I love the latest and greatest in the tech world. I won’t to business with anyone else. Thanks Carla and Diane! ! Keep up the good work ladys…

Don’t go anywhere else but here if you need verizon. They know what they are doing and they work extra miles for you. Ariga, Diane, Carla, they are awesome. I had verizon for 10 years and they have been my only source.

Like a gem in the rough. The mall is usually quiet and dull but this is the gem of the mall. Always great service, they go above and beyond. Give you more than calling Verizon directly would. The whole staff is great but Ariga who has helped me multiple times is a superstar. I don’t go anywhere else for my VW needs

I purchased my new galaxy S5 on August 15th. I received great service and attention by two very good sales ladies, Claudia & Daisy. They were very knowledgeable of the Samsung Galaxy & iPhone systems. If you are looking for a new phone, I recommend this Verizon location.

Five Star Service.
Claudia took extra good care of us. She helped us hook out phone up on Verizon and then spent ½ hour getting an app to load our contacts onto all our other phones.
I’ve been to big cell phone stores that always rush you in and out. I’d much rather come to this little booth.

Shady business do not go here. I was charged a termination fee from this kiosk. When I double checked why I’m being charged as T-​Mobile pays early termination fees to Verizon to switch I found out what happened. This place puts you into a «secondary» contract that they don’t tell you about. I will be fighting this secondary contract of course; if I have a contract with Verizon why would I want a contract with this place? If I could give negative stars I would. Stay away from this kiosk.
