Alex is great– I’ve used him twice now in 2 moves– once to stack and side vent my W/​D and the 2nd time to convert back to the back vent for side by side use. He is efficient, and thorough, levels your machines, brings parts if you don’t have them, and makes sure everything works before he leaves. He’s also super careful with your home. I highly recommend him whenever you need a W/​D installation.

I bought a Bosch dishwasher from Pacific Sales. Part of the deal was a free install. I picked Wizard off their vendor list and hoped for the best. Alex was fantastic! He was on time, did great work, cleaned up, and demoed the washer for me. He was also great with my 4 year old son who wanted to «help». I would use them again. Definitely 5 stars.

I liked this guy. He was very polite and did a good job. He gave me a time he would show up and showed up on time! Alex installed my washer and dryer doing a good job. He cleaned up well and actually went out of his way to help me clean the dryer vent.
I would use Wizard appliance installation again.

Alex was very responsive, professional, and knowledgable. He was able to stop by the week before to give me an estimate for uninstalling a refrigerator, dishwasher, and trash compactor, very flexible as we went back and forth about uninstalling the refrigerator, and then once I wanted to set up a time for the uninstall, he was able to fit us in within a few days.
On the day of, he arrived on time, was able to uninstall all of the appliances as requested, and did a great job of actually getting the appliances out of the house (narrow doorways). He was also able to advise us about other details (e.g., should we get the unit services while it was out), and overall did a great job of communicating the challenges with doing an uninstall and reinstall. He and his worker earned every dime. When we need to reinstall, we will definitely call Alex.
