They like to buy new product for their office and not pay for it! Purchase made in 2013 for thousands of dollars and won’t pay. They have never responded to phone calls or emails. I guess they figure if you ignore, it will go away. This tells you something about a company when they purchase new product for their business then not pay… It’s called thievery! I bet they go after their customers that don’t pay their bills. You can’t stay in business very long when customers DONT’ pay their bills.

They were so nice when I called for an appointment and told them I had Provider One. The others always act as if «Provider One» is a sign of leprosy. But, Michelle E.(got her name after my visit) was so sweet from the first moment and was welcoming. I lived in Renton but with this I thought to still go. There are two Michelle’s at this location, but the other Michelle was not very friendly. She seemed bothered when I spoke with her. Well, once there all moved on easily. The x rays were taken and I met the dentist. The crown, that had fallen off a month earlier(from eating black licorice, yum) was saved after the dentist made some adjustments. All went well. And $ 50 later I was done. As I was leaving, I overhead, another new patient was mentioning openly that he decided to come here too but only because Michelle E. was so nice. I agreed with him. It is indeed nice to have a professional and friendly person. It is so rare these days. She should surely move up quickly in a larger company. I wish her the best. I would have given them a 5 star if they had some nice soothing music, classical, in the waiting rooms. And if they offered some magazine readings in the lobby and or tea/hot water. But otherwise, they are my permanent dentist. I go back later this month for a small cavity.
