Nice guys, always willing to chat about games. One bad thing is that the parking lot that this store is located in is homeless people Mecca. There are too many bums asking for money in very aggressive and rude ways.

In my opinion, The experience here depends on who is helping you.
When I visited a few days ago, to purchase Skyrim, I was helped by Robert. I mentioned that there was no copies on the shelf and he went into the back room and came out with a copy for me. After this, we proceeded to talk for about half an hour about the Pros and Cons of the new gameplay engine that Bethesda studios is using. Overall, He was a great guy, and I will wait as long as it takes to be at his register if he is working when I visit.
On the other end of the scales, There was a man working there by the name of Steven when Fable III was released. He was unhelpful, and after I had to pay an extra $ 30 for the game, because he had missed a number when I payed for it during the Pre-​order. Not only that, but he denied that he was the one who helped me with the Pre-​order, even though I had a receipt that labeled him as the cashier. I have seen him a few times since when I enter the store, and have waved the people behind me over to him to get help just to having to deal with him.

I was looking for a PC-​version of any Guitar Hero/​Rock Band-​esque type game online, and the Guitar Hero III/​Aerosmith Bundle popped up. I found out that this location had it:

«Uhh, not sure, let me check… um, no…»
«Are you sure? It says you have it online…»
«Let me look… ohh, yeah we do have it. I noticed it here on the bottom.»
«*rolls eyes* Ok, great. Please hold it for me. –Daren. Thanks.»
I go to pick it up and tell some chick up front I’m here to pick something up… (I guess this thing has been sitting for so long in a not-​so-​hidden spot that staff just look right past it)… hm, I don’t think we have it… the next girl (who I’m guessing answered phone) knew what I was talkin’ bout. Gets it, sets on counter and rings me up… lala, am I s’posed to reach over and get it? — «Oh, sorry, here.»
…one thing I noticed was that, even if it sat, the tape shouldn’t look tampered with (like it was re-​taped), and the inside shouldn’t have a sticker sticking to something else… but w/​e, don’t care about stickers, and I’m enjoying myself with some hot licks.
I think this was destined to sit untouched for a long time by itself until I came along. Thank you GS gift-​card-​from-​multiple-​past-​trade-​ins I totally forgot about.
