Highline Gastroenterology

I had a great experience with Dr Duncan. He made sure I understood my diagnosis, gave me the opportunity to ask questions, and even showed me pictures from my procedure. He spent almost 45 minutes with me, never made me feel like he was rushing or just trying to move through the appointment. He made sure to let me know to call the office if my symptoms were not improving. He really showed that he cared about my wellbeing and overall health. I highly recommend Dr Duncan.

I accompanied my mom several times to this office and she usually had to wait a long time (with appt) before seeing the doctor.
Very unorganized! When we sat in his office, it was literally only then, he started to read her file & asked us several times to hold on (basically be quiet) while he reads through it. I have experienced way better service from other doctors who knows their patient very well and would walk in the room prepared and ready to go not wasting time showing thoughtfulness that they have studied and examined understanding their patient’s condition and what tests they have gone through and what the results are. This was the most unorganized that I have seen and something in my gut was telling me to take my mom away from the place. (Which I did eventually & found her an even better doctor)
Tests had to be retaken several times due to error & there was even a time when they scheduled her to come in (& which she paid for) to talk about her results — it was all in vain because after she waited a long time (again) for the doctor to come in the room to see her, apparently the tests isn’t ready yet! wasted time and effort and it sucks because my mom was so sick.
Once I found her a great doctor – they even forgot to send over her file and requested tests/​documents to the new doctor’s office after the office requested it. The new doctor just shook her head in disbelief & agreed. =\ It’s so bad. Things like this shouldn’t be taken lightly especially when it comes to health.
I should have looked at Unilocal earlier on but hopefully this review helps someone.

Christopher W Duncan, Is rude & wrote me off after 2 tests & 1 in office visit. His nurse basicallly, the older black haired lady, called me fat & His other nurse refused to give him the paper work for medication i needed. And refused to return my phone calls after i asked her about a medication i needed.
I had MAJOR discomfort after a colonoscopy & they wouldnt help me, just said go get gas ex. that made things worse.
I got to the office on 10 min early & was told «oh i forgot, its procedure day» so i had to wait 45 min in the exam room for him.
HE wont even see me again if i have problems, which i am still having, Since the tests showed im not dying or have no cancer, he wont deal with me.
Ever since my colonoscopy ive had a BAD right side stomach pain, & other stomach problems that WERE NOT there before that wont go away & no one can figure it out. & i cant obviously go back to him.
Thanks for nothing & a RUDE experience!
