Marketplace Salon & Day Spa

I wish I could remember the girl who did my hair. She was about 30 minutes late getting me for my appointment. And then told me that I couldn’t spend time picking a hair color or looking at color samples because it would take too long so I would have to rebook and come back later. She acted as though I was a bother, an inconvenience. Never apologized for being late. If she had been on time at the beginning she wouldn’t have so pressed to get to her next appointment. Is it really a big deal to let a customer look at color samples for one minute? Every salon I have been to has picking a color as part of the standard hair cut and color.
I then pointed out that she was late and asked if someone else could do my hair. Someone else was available. I picked my color, and then they were out of it and several other similar colors!
Horrible! The girls here treat you like you are a total inconvenience. This was the worst salon I have ever been to. Do not waste your time here.

I came here for the first time after getting scalped by another stylist (in Everett) more than a little gun shy about getting my hair cut again. Margo was super understanding, and helped me get my hair from too short to shoulder length in no time. Her colouring skills are great too… the last set of highlights she gave me before I moved away were fabulous.
Now I’m debating whether or not I’ll have to fly back to Seattle to get my hair done. (just moved to Wichita, KS)
