So I can’t speak for the Burien office, but the Seattle office is NOT worth going to. I came to this place because I purchased a Groupon and needed new glasses. The office was basically in the basement of a building with low drop ceilings, wood panel walls, and carpet. I felt like I had walked into the eighties. I had expected to see wall-to-wall glasses. Instead, a small asian woman wearing a flowered vest brought me three small trays of very out-dated glasses. She was definitely very nice(which is why I gave this place any stars at all), but had a completely skewed perception of reality. The flowered vest should’ve tipped me off. When I asked her if they had more glasses in the back, she said I was looking at about 600 pairs of glasses – I would say there were 60 tops in the room. When I asked if she had more«hip» glasses, she picked up the most hideous grandma glasses and said, «These are so edgy! How much more hip do you want?» Needless to say, I left there in a hurry. Bottom line, if you’re a 20-something like me looking for trendy frames, go elsewhere. If you’re a grandma, this is your place.

Went there on a referral from a fellow colleague to get transitions for a pair of sunglasses that I received for christmas. Doctor Christine Mark provides excellent service! She really cares that you leave happy! I will definitely use again! Thanks Dr. Mark! Gotta say Hello to Nicholas!

Beware! They will try to sell you EXPIRED contact lenses! Please don’t go there if you care about your eyes. I risked the health of my eyes by putting in my eyes lenses that expired in 2004! This is what a licensed optometrists sold me so it didn’t occur to me to check the packaging beforehand. If you do decide to go there(I don’t know why you would after reading this) PLEASECHECKTHEEXPIRATIONDATE on the lenses you get there. It’s overpriced, too. $ 57 for 90 pack of Focus Dailies that you can get for $ 30 online. Service is snotty. The optometrists made a snotty remark about me going to the Sears optical and it not being a reputable place. Well, at least when I went there I wasn’t overcharged and I was not given contact lenses that expired 4 years ago!
