The guy that works at the front desk is extremely rude. Not only was he rude when answering the phone, which should’ve told me NOT to go in, but he was rude when I got there. I work to hard for my money to give it away to someone who is disrespectful. Sorry Pep Boys Burien I’ll just go to FIRESTONE where a girl can get a little respect.

The workers here were so helpful, and so nice. They weren’t just trying to sell me things I didn’t need, they worked with me and told me what was absolutely necessary. Super friendly and super time efficient service.

Save yourself the hassle & skip this shop! Each time I’ve come in (3x now) the manager Jesse tells me it’ll be an hour & a half. And so far each time I’ve returned to pick it up, it’s not even been pulled in yet for the oil change! Very unprofessional & lame. Never going back, & neither should you.

Great service, Jesse the manager was real busy he was working on a car and helping customers at the same time. He always stopped for me to ask questions being a girl he was patient with me to answer all my questions. I watched him interact with other people and the same thing to them great service. I just found my new place to take my car

I have been coming to Pep Boys since 2012. I first came here for the replacement of my car tires. Jesse, the store manager then, was extremely helpful.
Now, I am mostly working along with the assistant manager, Estaban. He is a super friendly employee that will recommend you to good deals of the services. The service is quick if you have an appointment set up, and there are always shops or restaurants for you to go to if you don’t want to wait in the shop. :)

Deplorably poor service!
1). Could not locate my initial tire order
2). My appointment time was not calendared — and my order was once again misplaced
3). «I’ll be right back with the paperwork,» turned into performing unauthorized work & no communication for more than an hour
4). Since I was not asked what work I wanted performed, I was not able to request additional services. Your loss Pep Boys!

I never knew there was a Pep Boys in Seattle, and its no wonder, its located so hidden and off the main streets!
I called in to make an appointment, just in case! And Good thing I did because they had a filled up schedule til around 230 so I was able to book a same day oil change.
I received excellent service here, I came in for an oil change and I felt like the guys here are really sincere and informative. My car has a few maintenance issues but he was honest with the price and gave me some advice for my situation. (we are wanting to buy a car soon)
But overall, I think its a great place to take your car for an oil change, small compact cars and sedans are $ 24.99 for the oil change, which I think is a GREAT deal!
Try them out, or just even call in to ask questions! Very professional and very friendly guys here!
I will be coming back soon, with my husbands car!

I had one of the best experiences imaginable here! Jeremy and Sean were completely professional and beyond helpful! I had purchased my tires and set up the installation online but when I arrived, I found out they’re on a different computer system and they didn’t have my order. But the guys jumped right in and got me all set up with an even Better deal than I’d originally requested!
