Johan has been coming to my house for years. He has treated for ants and carpet beetles. He is always very polite. Whenever I have a pest problem, I call Johan.

I’ve used Johan for about 20 years now. I found him after trying unsuccessfully to get the other larger pest control companies to deal with the various issues (house rats, wasps, and a variety of ants). Johan is great. Shows up on time, very reasonable, minimalist regarding poison and toxic chemicals. He will also not destroy bumblebee nests unless they are absolutely a danger, since bumblebees are so beneficial and also not dangerous to people, unlike the large pest control companies that will kill anything you point them at. He will also educate you while he works if you ask questions.

I didn’t find Johan friendly. In fact I thought he made some not so funny jokes and comments. As for service when he came for our follow up he didn’t even remember how the situation was previously. As for ifit works. well it’s been two months and there’s been no improvement, in fact I think it’s worse. I would think twice before hiring this one. Thank goodness our landlord is paying and not us.
