Great experience! After an initial visit to the store and choosing of the wall-​to-​wall carpeting for a living room, dining room, stairs and hallway, Rod came to our home, gave us warranty information and other valuable information regarding the carpeting (such as what kind of vacuum cleaners are not recommended for the carpeting) and did the measuring and estimating on the spot. Very efficient! When the carpeting came in, he accommodated our schedule due to painting of the area and then called to confirm the date as it approached. The guys who installed the carpeting were first-​rate, moving the remaining large pieces of furniture from the area and doing a beautiful job of installing the carpeting and hiding any seams (a big plus in a large area). They vacuumed as each area was done and then moved the same large pieces of furniture back to where they were.
Rod also had different men install pre-​laminated wood over existing wood near the front door to create a small entry-​way before the carpeting was installed. The wood planks and carpeting came together beautifully and we are very pleased with how everything turned out. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Rod and his crew (s).

Very happy with how our hard wood floors turned out. We went with a Maple with an Umbria finish from Mirage. I requested a particular type of floor register and the owner was able to fulfill our request. The crew that laid the floor was very professional and responsive to our requests to make sure there were no squeaky floors, etc. We had a few small concerns after the installation and they came back and fixed them, even after we had already paid. Their price beat out everyone else. My only negative comment is that the showroom is poorly organized and makes it difficult to find things. There was a lot of searching for this/​that. But, if you already know what you want, this is a good place to get a quote, their crew does nice work and they are very responsive to requests/​concerns.
