Friendly staff! I bring the kids I nanny here and the staff is always so helpful with searching for books and placing holds on books at other libraries. The events they have for kids in the summer are great too!

— Whenever I’m in town I like coming here. Free computer stations, cheap to print, back issues of magazines for $.10/ea.

Wonderful, small library branch with super helpful staff. What they don’t have in stock, can be ordered from other branches online for free(delivery usually takes a few days). And you can drop off books at any other branch, not just one you checked the materials out.

A short drive from gigantic Lake Braddock High School, this library is a quaint neighborhood branch of the venerable Fairfax County Public Library system. In other words, superb for leisure reading, light academics, and access to the world of the mind. Free internet is available. And, if you use your original 30 minutes, the computer extends your time for you automatically! I guess this meant that no one else needed to use nearby computers. So smart. My one wish is that FCPL carried more diverse authors(actually, just one in particular). I humbly submit my request to the great beyond, via Unilocal
