As far as Chinese buffets go, this one is pretty good. Highlights: Prime rib, mushrooms in brown sauce, crawfish, oysters, hot and sour soup, and the best garlicky green beans.
Other items are a hit or miss. SO and I like to come here for Chinese since there’s not much Asian offerings around.

Flower Mound, TX
One of the better Chinese buffet I’ve had. Their hot and sour soup is one of the best I’ve had in DFW. They even have clams and frog legs.
My only gripe is that they didn’t replenish the roast beef at the carving station when it ran out. Everything else was great.

For Burleson/​Crowley, I thought this was a nice buffet with a lot of varieties. I stuck to the steak/​chicken items, which were all good and flavorful while my husband had nothing but seafood. He thought it was good, not great, but that’s okay.
