Erika is the best baker in town! Found her a few years back when I was searching for someone who could bake my daughter’s first birthday cake. I had an idea in mind and wanted her cake to look and match like her invites and when I showed Erika, she didn’t just agree to make it the way I like it but also delivered above and beyond my expectations! Most ‘pretty cakes’ you see around doesn’t taste as good as they look. Her cakes does not only look greeaaat they also tastes amazing! I have referred a lot of my friends to her because she truly is amazing!
