So, I stopped by this location to get a few kolaches. A simple order right? Well that’s what I thought. I waited inside for 10 minutes while the FOUR workers inside didn’t help me Although not being busy. Very bad service!!!

Came here in December while visiting family nearby. I’m from California so we don’t have many Dunkin Donuts. It was our first time trying it and it was pretty good. The coffee was delicious but a little sweeter than what I usually drink. The woman behind the counter was friendly enough. Donuts were good. When we come back we’re likely to stop by again.

This is the second time I’ve stopped here in the morning to get coffee and thank goodness the coffee is decent. Because their customer service is HORRIBLE! First when I finally got to the speaker to order I wasn’t sure what I wanted so I asked for a few seconds to browse the menu, which they were fine with. But then when I asked about a certain item the response I got from the woman taking my order was very rude, she did answer my question and then rudely asked me what size I wanted. Okay I can let all that slide then I ordered a donut, a chocolate iced donut, pretty simple right, well her response was«A chocolate frosted donut» with a rude attitude as if I was an idiot ordering a chocolate iced donut. All in all I was very disappointed with the rude demeanor and lack of customer service from the lady taking my order and the lady at the window taking my money. But me being the polite person I am still thanked her and told her to have a good day. I will not be returning to this store I’ll go down the road to Starbucks and pay the same price for a better product.

I normally love this place, fast and efficient. But this time was different. They gave our order to the car in front of us, I watched her dig through the bags and give them back to the cashier. Then when we pulled up she gave them to us! Ew!

I really don’t understand how this place stays in business with the prices they charge. Their donuts are good but shouldn’t cost as much as a prime rib. They get extra points for having a drive thru, being open pretty much all the time, and having Baskin Robbins too(which is overpriced as well). The munchkins are always good but they only have about 5 varieties now which is about half what they had a few years ago.

Bad service, slightly still frozen donuts and coffee that tasted like green beans. First try, ok, second try and still bad, I won’t be going back.

Well they’re going to try it again. And again it’s a doughnut, not prime rib from Three Forks(Mmmm good). $ 9 for a dozen doughnuts that taste so-so with waxy frosting, and I can’t choose which one I want with out a separate $ 2.49 charge!!! WTFlip! How about the robot behind the counter zero personality, who can’t think for herself? «do you know how many… So I know to use a bag or box.» So at this point I knew I had to keep it simple, so I opted for the bbbbooooxxxx, had to repeat that too. She never smiled or offered me anything, you know like their famous coffee or how about some amazing doughnut wholes that my kids love they call them dunkin munchkins. Not even a mention of the breakfast specialty sandwiches, tacos, drinks, etcetera… This particular store has Baskin Robins ice cream as half of its store. Come on guys it’s called CUSTOMERSERVICEANDMARKETING! If I had such a business I would be promoting the heck out of ALLOFIT! Because the last time they tried this approach with the attitude of we are«Dunkin Doughnuts» didn’t work. At this rate, just like last time I wouldn’t be shocked to see this store close also. Back to my experience … Got the pre-programmed thank you, but how about a mention of «see you for ice cream later», this is Texas for goodness sakes! It gets a little warm here for about eight months out of the year. Plus…clean Oh that’s right it’s brand new. If your looking for a good doughnut for a reasonable price served up by some of the most appreciative people, a little broken English but that’s part of their character try BESTDOUGHNUT in the Kroger’s parking lot at 1187 and Crowley Road. You’ll be much more satisfied with the entire experience!

We were so excited when we saw the sign a few months ago, but were majorly let down on 4−22−15. We got there at 9:00 am and most of the munchkin donuts were gone. I ordered a off the ‘hot’ menu and got some donuts for the family. No one told me the ‘hot’ menu was just heated up frozen food. The egg, bacon, and bread all taste like it came from the frozen food area of Walmart. The hashbrowns were not even hot and crisp but more like mush. Donuts were ok, but I will go across the street for donuts next week!
