Mangers are rude never take responsibility! How much they tell you rent is add about 200 more on to your bill of fees they tell you nothing about. Rats spiders an bugs everywhere. Yes it is by a field but they should have people spray more if that is the case. I have rats eating my wires under the hood of my car spent over 500 all together it happened twice. They take no responsibility. The rats are coming from the trash compactor which always has unwanted furniture which the rats make there home in which you can look at the pictures I have taken. These are to over priced for what you get. Don’t waist your time an money.

Well maintained community, they have monthly activities. Pool, Gym, coffee bar, fully equipped business center. The only thing bothers me is — some People with pets don’t pick up their (pet) poop. I have seen them literally ignoring it. :(
Vanessa, Katie and Audrey those three ladies works in business center and they all are wonderful and helping. Vanessa is such a sweetheart. Whenever I ask for help, she never refuses. And moreover, she does that with a smile :) She is great asset to the company. My one more experience was — One day I was working from home and no water in the apartment. I called office and they responded quickly and answer was, yeah because they had to shut down water in order to work in gas line. I thought, no problem but atleast give us heads up before time :) I wish I can work from home most of the time but I can’t because you never know when they are cleaning up gardens or when some one has carpet cleaning people coming in. Noise is extreme level at that time. some improvements needed but overall. It’s a safe community. Couple of my friends were saying it is pricy compare to new builds around the Burleson. I haven’t check out any new community personally. But they might be right.
