I just came in for a massage this morning. I had a Living Social voucher for it. I called in to schedule an appointment early this week, and was surprised I was able to get in on the same week. The receptionist on the phone was really nice, and gave very helpful directions. The office building was easy to find. Their entire outside was decorated with Relay For Life– pretty cute. I arrived and the receptionists were all very nice. Lovely front office, and they have a lot of patients. Massage: The room was FREEZINGCOLD. Totally unacceptable for massages. I couldn’t relax, and I was shivering under the sheets it was so cold. I had mentioned it to the massage therapist, and he had supposedly went to tell someone to turn up the temp, but nothing happened. I felt like a bad client because I’ve complained numerous times, but I’m the one lying naked on a table in a freezing room. The guy was very nice, and was apologetic about the room temperature. Half way through, I just wanted to leave, but I figured that would be even more rude. I just could not wait for it to be over. Right when my massage was over and he walked out of the room, I instantly jumped off the table to put my clothes on.(Usually I take my time to get up, but not here.) I walked out of the room into the chiropractic therapy area, and it was the same temperature as the massage room. I have come to the conclusion that one setting controls the whole building unit. I feel this place is unfit for massages(lying naked under a sheet). The LivingSocial deal comes with a chiropractic consult, but I didn’t even bother scheduling one because they don’t do it on the same day & it’s out of my way. The staffs deserve 5 stars. It’s what saved this place from getting just 1 star from me.
