The staff is very friendly. However the office isn’t very clean or anything «spa» like about their laser hair removal process. You are taken to a large room with a table in the middle, fluorescent lighting and no where to hang clothes etc. Pile up your clothes on a counter top and they come in. After your procedure you are left with tissue and an overflowing trash can. Or go to the bathroom with no soap. I took my own baby wipes so I could clean up.
I went for almost 2 years and their substandard lasers never removed all the hair from my bikini area. I consider myself lucky I didn’t get some sort of infection. I guess most people would say that’s what you should expect from a Groupon. I say stay away!
