The service was terrible today. There was a couple that waited for 30 minutes for their order. They finally got tired of waiting and they asked for their money back. There were a lot of other people waiting as well, all for a long time. There was one employee that was apologetic he tried to smooth things over. He is probably the only good employee there. His name was maybe Jacory.

This is the worst Wendys I have ever been to. Not once has my order been right and HOT the first time. Every time something is wrong. I ordered a burger, fries and a soda. They put the soda on the tray then the fries then 3 minutes later the burger. The burger was cold and so were the fries. Another time I ordered a bacon burger on a pretzel bun paid extra for the pretzel bun open it up it’s a regular bun. As I was sitting in the dining room every person that had received their food walked back up to the counter to return it. Every time I order fries they are cold. Then half the time when they are replaced they are not cooked all the way, they are hot but soggy! I see employees standing around texting on their cell phones while customers wait for their food to be made wrong and delivered cold! This Wendys is convenient to my house but that is the only nice thing I can say about it.

I’m a regular here(because it’s cheap and I live right around the corner). I haven’t really experienced the problems some of the other reviewers have. The only mistake was, one time, they didn’t put the beef patty on my jr bacon cheeseburger. How does that happen? So I basically got a blt. But, for $ 1.29, whatever. I ate it. Was still good. Other than that, I’ve never been disappointed.

Horrible. Don’t do fast food a lot so when I do I look for to it… so much for that. Had a nice big long hair wrapped around the burger second bite in. So gross! This company has no food quality control. Contacted the complaint department only to find out that they are sorry and NO «we don’t have quality control» good news is they offered me coupons… I’ll just get off my lazy ass and make my own Damn burger from now on.

A while back, at about 11PM on a Saturday night, I decided to pick up some Wendys for my husband and I. I left my phone at home since I would«be right back.» I ordered, got to the pickup window where I was given my sandwiches and frosty, but was told the fries were almost done and that I needed to pull forward to wait for them a few minutes. Okay, knowing their drive thru is timed, I obliged. Five minutes later, I decided to eat my frosty then because it was melting. Ten minutes later I was done with my frosty, and then I thought, «Have they forgotten about me?» I back up to the window since the lobby was closed and this was my only option. I waved at a few people as they walked by and gave me weird looks. Finally I tooted my car horn in confusion. An employee came to the window and said«You need to go to the speaker first to order.» I asked where my fries were. Apparently they forgot about me. :(They gave me cold fries to go with my now cold sandwiches, and after asking I was given a refund. Only one employee, a young man, was all«Oh my god I am soooo sorry!» Everyone else was smug. When I got home my husband was about to go looking for me because I had been gone half an hour. There are two Wendys in Burleson, and I prefer the one by the highway, even though this one is closer to my house. Things like this are why.

I have to break up with you Wendy’s on John Jones. I’ve tried so many times to make this work but you can not seem to get things right… EVER! I order bacon cheese burger you serve me a double cheese burger. I ask for a baked potato you give me chili. I could blame the speaker in hopes you just can’t understand me, but even when I’ve gone inside to order you still mess up my order– to extreme! I have to admit the employees are friendly and willing to fix their mistake, but the amount of money you have wasted by fixing my order you could have probably served me a steak! There are other Wendy’s in the area, so until you can get it together, I am breaking up with you and moving on. It might take a little longer to get to your other location, but they seem to have it together a little more.
