A & A Legal Service

Needed someone served. A & A Legal sits you down and asks you to give as much relevant information about the person being served, presumably, to expedite a successful serve. This seemed professional until nearly all the information was ignored. For example, they got detailed info about the person to be served, yet over half the attempts to serve this person were incongruent with that information.
A & A Legal had 6 days in which to successfully execute a simple serve to a person living in an upper-​middle class residential neighborhood. They couldn’t make it happen.
Then, when the time had elapsed and they had to admit that they failed to serve, they back-​peddled and tried to make it out as if it were somehow mostly my fault; moreover, they tried to tell me it didn’t happen because what I really needed was a Rush serve (which costs significantly more), even though they initially had assured me that no rush serve was needed.
Lastly, they did not communicate well. Nearly everytime I’d call the office for an update, the person who was doing the case (and their lower-​paid lackey doing the actual legwork) was always out of the office; furthermore, no one else in the office had any information to give me since it wasn’t their case.
Poor communication both with their clients and their own employees.
That’s fine, I thought, they are out doing their jobs and they have so many jobs that cases are very specific to certain workers and not others. True or not, recall that they failed to do the job for which they were hired.

Excellent knowledge and execution. Efficient, courteous, and competent servers have saved my day on quite a few occasions ! Knowing my documents are in the hands of A&A lets me relax a bit more about my cases.
The first time I called, I was a bit nervous to try a new service, but speaking to Brian put me more at ease. He obviously knew what I was talkingabout, and better yet, knew what HE was talking about! When I got a call about a problem at court with my documents, I was quickly informed of not only all the details, but all of my possible on-​the-​spot solution options! Needless to say, they solved the issue and returned the filed documents ahead of schedule ! The «messenger» service I was previously using never did that ! Thanks guys!
