Aguilar & Sons

Though Aguilar & Sons certainly has the knowledge to do some nice driveways, I can’t begin to explain how much work they need with customer service.
It was hard to get answers to simple questions like when they would be coming to work. We were told that our driveway would be done by a certain date and for days no one showed up. We were given dates along the way and each passed without much progress. It was rather unprofessional and felt like we, as customers, were not allowed to ask about it.
Again, our driveway looks very nice, A+ on their work, but the unprofessionalism of the company gave us so much grief and complicated a lot of other things that I feel 3 stars are too many. Improvements on customer service can make this company great.

I had been procrastinating on getting my driveway done for a long time, not only due to cost but also because it’s such a huge project and I wanted to make sure it was done properly. I asked some of my local friends/​called around and one name seemed to surface more than any other; Aguilar & Sons. I called them and they came out the next day to give me an estimate. I was extremely pleased at how knowledgeable and efficient they were and hired them on the spot. Their pricing was very reasonable and once the job was underway I met all the «Sons» who were all genuinely good people with a great attitude. The job ended up looking amazing and in a very timely fashion. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
