We worked with Allegra for a large wedding in San Francisco. Kier is a pleasure to work with and really knows his stuff, not just about lighting but the whole wedding industry! He helped put us in touch with caterers and advised us on AV as well as showing us lots of lighting options to choose from for our special day.

I just finished co-​chairing the auction at my children’s school and we hired Allegra to do our sound and lighting, but they did more than just sound and lighting, they went above and beyond for us! Allegra was there for everyone of our needs, before, during and after. If we had any concerns, even regarding things that didn’t even apply to them, they were there, at the school, willing to answer all of our questions. Kier and his team were so pleasant to work with, I highly recommend them for all sound and lighting needs, large and small!

Allegra and Kier were referred to me for a memorial event by the event location’s director and while I have my own A/​V vendors that I use for our company’s needs, I was willing to work with Kier after speaking with him. He provided immediate, clear and confident direction on what the process would be and was willing to listen to our needs, despite us having to book Allegra just days from the event (Kier immediately provided a quote).
From that start, things only got better. The setup that Kier recommended was perfect for our needs (Four 70″ video screens + audio) and the quality of the equipment was top notch — crystal clear video and audio, where we ran a variety of media and had various speakers, young and old, loud and soft of voice.
The crew in the booth, Abbey and Dan, ran the event perfectly, listening to my needs and accommodating those nicely and professionally. Everything ran without one hiccup, without one mistake, which has been rare in my experience and I’m so thankful to Allegra for the work they did in making a difficult situation feel effortless.

I had the pleasure to collaborate with Allegra Entertainment for a non-​profit benefit dinner at the Rotunda at San Jose City Hall.

A huge thanks to Kier LaCrosse from Allegra Entertainment! Customer satisfaction was his main priority and he was completely willing to change our AV set-​up at the last minute even though it meant a big loss of business to him. Our event was a non-​profit fundraiser and Kier was so understanding and showed that he really cares beyond just making a sale. He came to our venue to make sure we wouldn’t be in a bind, and followed up before and after the event to make sure things worked out without any compensation or connection to our organization. I recently worked with Kier and his team on a conference we held at the St. Francis Yacht Club and I cannot rave enough about the experience. From start to finish, KIer was responsive and willing to work within our budget. It was clear throughout the process that Kier was not just focused on the business side of things, but wanted to create the best event for our attendees and it definitely showed onsite.
I’ve worked on multiple events where there has been noise bleed between two rooms next door to each other. Not this time! Kier and his team worked for hours and made sure we had the right sound system to ensure we would not receive any complaints. This was a first for us!
After the event, my team gave multiple compliments on the av and those onsite for our event. This doesn’t happen often and we can’t wait to work with Allegra again in the future!

I just got married on Saturday and I could not be more pleased and happy about Kier and his team at Allegra! Kier is the MOST responsive vendor I have ever worked with and he was always available to chat and answer any question or address any concern I had. He truly made my wedding day smooth and the lighting and drapery were PERFECT. I really couldn’t asked for anything more! There were small hiccups along the way on my end and Kier never skipped a beat and was able to work through them quickly without any complaints whatsoever.

My sister’s wedding wouldn’t have been the same without him. Kier did a fantastic job listening and coming through with his expertise in lighting to create an atmosphere that was magical, transformative, and mindblowingly stunning.
Family and friends of the bride and groom included were in awe the moment they stepped into SF city hall. The transformation from day to night was magical and it was all done with the help and passion Kier has for pleasing his guests. The North Light Court setup where the dancing was to take place was transformed into the most stunning, swanky nightclub-​feel I’ve ever seen. It was classy with a touch of young vibrancy that couldn’t have been made complete without the small attention to detail that Kier knew how to work with. You can tell he is very proud of the work he does and he has every reason to be.
Although many event and entertainment coordinators can be up and down with their attitude and personalities at hand when working under pressure and with inflexible clients, he knows how to make them feel at ease. Kier knows how to develop a trust between the people he works with whether it be other vendors, clients, or staff.
I’m proud to say my family, especially my mother (who is typically difficult to please) was absolutely thrilled with the outcome and mood that blessed our guests from beginning to end.
Hands down, Kier knows what he’s doing and is a great person to work with!

Kier and his team were amazing! We hired them to do all of our audio/​visual for our Annual Western Soirée and we couldn’t ask for a more professional and organized team. For the first time in four years, the Event Chair and I were able to sit back and let them do their magic. They also provided us with wonderful entertainment for the evening. We will absolutely be using them again next year!

Kier was very professional. He responded to emails and phone calls in a timely manner and his attention to detail for the event was amazing. Before the event he made sure to understand what type of lighting we wanted and helped us with personalizing our wedding. During the wedding he regularly checked in with us to see if we wanted anything differently, but he did such a great job we could not have imagined changing anything. Our venue and wedding were gorgeous because of his lighting.

We are beyond thrilled with the work that Kier and his crew did for our wedding. Just like everyone has said here, he is a huge pleasure to work with. I would throw another party just to work with him again. He makes you feel like you’re his only client, he’s super accessible by phone and email, he made great recommendations to us, and did everything he could to give us a package that worked for our budget and vision for our wedding. Kier and his team did a fabulous job at our wedding and reception at building one in Treasure island! he was by far the most helpful vendor wine valley catering works with! Him and his team did an amazing job with LED lights, gobo/​monograms and ceiling/​floor wash! he also did turf for our ceremony which looked amazing. He was a pleasure to work with and genuinely cared about making our wedding day beautiful and successful! Despite of how busy he was, I never had trouble getting in touch with him and he responded to every email immediately… which is very hard to find in vendors these days!
I definitely recommend him and his entire team at allegra entertainment :)

Kier and his team were recommended by our venue and catering vendor, Wine Valley Catering, and we were extremely happy we went with him! He has state of the art equipment — wireless LED uplights that change colors, gobo lights/​monograms, floor wash with modern designs, station lighting, etc.
When shopping for lighting vendors, what set Kier apart were his custom made wireless uplights — they did not require extra power from the venue (if it did, we would have had to rent a generator which was an additional cost of approximately $ 1200). It also made for a better look since there were no wires lining the room. The LED was an additional plus because it lit up our venue (Pavilion By The Bay) beautifully.
What also set Kier apart was his transparency about what was really needed and what was not. His prices are reasonable and he goes above and beyond expectations. If you’re looking for a laugh, Kier has a great sense of humor and is very responsive to emails and calls. You’ll be surprised at how much he has going on but still has time to respond quickly to requests.
Kate who had helped manage the lighting during the day of our wedding was also very professional and listens to your needs. She followed our timeline as planned and added simple touches that were unplanned (kept the ceiling lights off) that really made the venue look breathtaking and stayed on target with managing the mood of the party.
We HIGHLY recommend Kier, Kate and their team for your next event and hope that we can also have an event in the near future to have them work on! Thank you Allegra Entertainment for such a memorable experience!!!

Kier and his team are amazing! I started working as the Director of Catering at the St. Francis Yacht Club right before America’s Cup… Needless to say I had my work cut out for me! Without the support of Kier and his team, we never would have gotten through the America’s Cup festivities so successfully. There were endless changes and last minute requests and Kier accommodated EVERY time with a smile on his face. Since America’s Cup has ended, I have continued to rely on Kier’s audio visual support and expertise for weddings, corporate events and member parties. Kier lit our wedding at the San Francisco City Hall and went way above and beyond. His crew was efficient, friendly, and made our wedding absolutely beautiful.

Kier is amazing to work with! We hired him to do our uplighting at Pavilion by the Bay and he did such an awesome job! We could not have been happier with the way everything turned out.
