Overpriced. Had to change units because a pipe burst above our first one. Second one had a terrible mouse problem that Cassie implied was our fault. «We can’t control what people put in their storage units.» We never had food or anything else obviously attractive to mice in our unit. Glad to be out of there. It looks nice on the outside, but it’s poorly run and could end up ruining your belongings. Use at your own risk!

I was very impressed with the customer service at Broadway Burlingame Self Storage. Cammy was great in answering my questions, providing direction when I was unclear on process. She rocks! I first had secured the smallest size of storage unit available then changed my mind and decided to upgrade a few days later to a larger unit. The staff, Cammy, was helpful and flexible so making the change was very easy. Moving carts are available to help move your things into/​out of storage and I like the secure gates where I have my own security code for access. For me, the location is fantastic, close to my home and is open until 8PM. Thumbs up on this company.
