Ray is awesome! From start to finish he made the experience so enjoyable I almost forgot my car had a problem. He knew how much my car meant to me and was able to make it even better than it was (which who knew was possible). Too bad I can only work with him if my car gets messed up, but a lot of the people I know are bad drivers so I won’t be surprised if I get to refer him some business soon.

Absolutely the BEST quality of work and customer experience every time! The ONLY body shop we will take our vehicles to. My husband and I have had several vehicles repaired by Ray. The work is always exceptional. Ray and Caesar always provide fantastic customer service throughout the whole process. You feel like you are family when you walk in the door. That is huge factor considering Auto Body work and Insurance claims can be extremely stressful. Ray and Caesar are great with Insurance claims. They work directly with the Insurance Company and have saved us many headaches as a result. Their rates are extremely reasonable, making this a great shop for Non-​Insurance work. Outside of the customer service, the Body work is far superior to anything you can imagine. I had to have repairs done on my brand new 2014 vehicle. When I picked the vehicle up from Ray, it looked better than the day I drove it off the showroom floor!

A few months ago a vandal had hit my roof just above the door frame leaving a nasty dent the size of a big fist.
But Ray and his team of experts came in and performed amazing surgery without even disturbing the paint!

These guys are amazing! Cesar and Ray really took care of me, with exceptional service! They replaced all of the damaged parts with factory grade materials, and my car ended up coming back to me better than when I bought it. If I ever need any kind of service I would come back here guaranteed. Would recommend to a friend in a heartbeat!

Highly recommend this shop. They did an amazing job fixing a dent on my car, you can’t even tell anything ever happened to it and they polished my car and made it look sooooo good!!! They also have the best customer service, everyone is so nice there.

This shop is indeed THE BEST! Thanks Ray! Brought my car in for repair after someone carelessly hit my passanger door. I was already stressed from having to deal w/​the insurance company, and finding out that the estimate wasn’t enough to cover the repair. Drove up to the shop and a very friendly Ray greeted me, took my estimate and said no worries– I will deal w/​the insurance and get your car repaired. He made one quick phone call to Enterprise and I was on my way. Great attitude, great service, and most of all he made this experience PAINLESS! I was thrilled when I got my car back– immaculate body and paint job!

The quality of the work is above and beyond expectations. The professional attitude of the staff is beyond expectations. As a single female, it is often a fear when you need work to your vehicle for any reason, cosmetic or mechanically. You fear that you will be taken advantage of by the mechanics. You don’t have to worry about that here. This is the most honorable and professional shop you will find… not just in the bay, but anywhere. You can’t get any better service and price than you can here. They are a little hard to find, but worth looking for. A real class act, I HIGHLY recommend this business!

This review is LONG overdue. Ray has been taking care of my family and our auto body needs for well over 10 years now. We have always had clear lines of communication, trust, and outstanding quality of work done within their care. They always deal with the insurance company directly to displace the burden and stand behind their price and time quotes.
Ray can also recommend trusted mechanics and other people he interfaces with as well. He is a great resource in the automotive industry. God knows the industry is full of scum bags and crooks, unfortunately.

I’ve been going to California Image Body & Paint for years and have referred many friends and family. Ray and Cesar always do an outstanding job. They have always gone above and beyond to accomodate my car needs — from small fender bender repairs to ordering used parts for my now older Camry. I’ve saved a lot of money with them — when the dealer would want to charge me $ 200 for a part, they’d provide me with a used part that was an exact match for a fraction of the price.
Once you have your car repaired there you automatically become part of the California Image family. Love them.

These guys have fixed a couple of my cars and the service is awesome. Ray is a good guy who will give you advice. He pulled out a few dings and buffed out a few scratches free of charge when I had my bumper replaced. Timely, Courteous and Overall Good Guys.

I took my 2003 Nissan Se-​R Spec-​V car in for my half hanging off bumper and fron and back, they were recommended by Burlingame Storage close by.
I ‘m glad i took it there, they fixed it right on the spot and were very fair n the pricing.
No problems since then for ether bumper and they were real nice.
I would take my car there again and recommend you to do same as well.

I took my car here after someone smashed into me. My friend recommended it. Ray helped me get a rental car and deal with the people at the car insurance place. He also took me to the airport and picked me up when I needed to get some minor repairs done to my tail light. That way my car would be done when I got back from vacation. These guys are funny and willing to go the extra mile to get the job done right. I also got a sweet muscle car calender which I promptly hung in my kitchen. If I ever crash my car again I would definitely go back. My car is now better then new.
