This is the best mortgage broker out there. I have worked with Francisco every time for my mortgage needs and will continue to do so in the future. He has always gone above and beyond to make sure that I get the best rates out there and to make sure that I have all my financial business together in time for closing. This time he has done even more… he even filled in when my real estate agent was busy in training. We had a very complicated close because we needed to do a simultaneous close with the sellers’ replacement home. The listing agent and the sellers weren’t very organized and didn’t really know when closing was going to happen and didn’t do their due diligence so we the buyers were left in limbo. However, Francisco got us ready so that we had all our financial paperwork ready to go any time. When my agent was unavailable, he did everything he could to make sure that we were not at a disadvantage because of all the last minute changes on the seller’s side. He worked with the listing agent, the title company and kept my agent and us in the loop on all of the last minute complications that came up because of the sellers. He also made sure that we weren’t out-​of money for any inconvenience and delays that were created by the sellers. He even helped us with our cleaning since the sellers were moving out up to the eleventh hour and didn’t have time to clean. He made an otherwise terrible buying experience bearable and worth it even though he wasn’t the real estate agent.
