Gus was great! He’s friendly and professional. For both the estimate and for the appointment, he was on time. Plus, his rates are very competitive if not a bit better than other trimmers. We got our one tree trimmed and he did «spring cleaning», which is trimming our rose bushes and getting rid of all of our leaves. And he did a great job! One last thing, you can also text him at the phone number above too. I found him very responsive to both calls and texts.
EDIT: And now that the tree Gus trimmed is growing out, it looks amazing! Great job, we will definitely go back to Gus, for sure.

I had Gus take care of two more sites for my clients recently and he did a great job. The job was completed promptly, the work was done well and the sites were cleaned up. The trees look to be in great condition and the look is great.

Gus has good prices, at first, i was a bit hesitant when he was recommended to me by a friend, he feels like a fast talker, but his prices beat my gardener hands down, after topping and trimming the trees, yes, they look raw, but they grow back, have to agree with other reviews about his punctuality and cleaning up after his work.

I called them up to set up an appointment to get an estimate on the work to be done. Gus showed up ON TIME and listened to everything I had to say and was glad to answer any questions that I had. On the day of removal Gus and his crew showed up once again ON TIME and got straight to work. Once the job was done they cleaned up the entire yard as if they weren’t even there. Cowboys Tree Service did great work and they finished the job in good time.

Gus (the owner) gave me a free estimate and advised me on how to save my ailing redwood tree. 2 days later his crew showed up when i was getting ready to leave for work. I came home at lunch to check on them, they were making great process and Gus even gave me a torta (mexican sandwich). By the time I arrived back at 5:30 they were done and there was no trace of their ever being there. Now thats service.
