After thirty five years as a licensed general building contractor based in the peninsula I know of what I speak. The crew were here and gone in no time at all. We received follow up calls after the installation to answer any questions we might have.

Jim was here at time promised. Thoroughly checked our door (which would not open) and we both decided we needed a new opener — our Genie & door were purchased over 35 years ago, and after my husband passed on 14 years ago it had not been serviced like it should have been.
There was no «high pressure» sales used, he simply pointed out all the qualities of the Lift Master and I was sold on it — it had everything I wanted. He retuned the next day and installed it. He also thoroughly inspected all parts of the door and replaced some parts to improve the operation, cleaned & oiled everything that needed same. Before he left he made certain I understood how to operate the openers etc. and what to do in the event of power failures etc. I highly recommend this company and believe they are dedicated to providing the best service.

Jim from Door Pros helped me changing our garage door opener which was outdated and not working. He also inspected our garage door and change the parts that needed to be changed and lubricated the other parts. He was punctual and explained clearly what he was doing. I was pleased wiht his service.

Great customer service and honest assessments including what to look out for in the future. Our garage door was not opening and we could not figure out why — Jared spent time thoroughly inspecting and diagnosing the problem and fixed it all within a ½ hour. And he lubed and inspected the other parts as well. No new parts were needed so we were only charged the flat fee for servicing. He also spent time adjusting and bolting the sensors on either side of the door to prevent misalignment. They were also able to swing a same day appointment which we are super thankful!

Jim was our first experience with Door Pros after meeting them at the San Mateo County Home show in need of a new garage door opener. We also needed a garage door tuneup and both were a huge improvement to our daily operations of the garage door. We soon encountered recurring operational issues and had them back out to make further adjustments. This was successful for a few months, but once again needed them to readjust operations to ensure smooth, consistent use. Jared came out this week to evaluate overall operations and make further adjustments to the system and new parts we had installed with Door Pros just a few months before. No charge for this tune up service and adjustment as they wanted to ensure our 100% satisfaction with daily use of the door. I can’t say enough good things about how responsive and helpful Door Pros has been since buying our new garage door opener about 6 months ago. I would go to them for our new garage door in the future without hesitation!

Jim from Door Pros helped us to replace our horrible garage door from 1947 (seriously!) with a beautiful carriage house garage door from Clopay. Everything was so easy to set up, they worked around my schedule to come out and get me a quote, and even helped me get quotes for a matching front door (though I didn’t end up doing the front door since it was too expensive). They were very patient when I changed the design that I wanted several times!
Everyone from Door Pros was professional, courteous, respectful of my time, and very knowlegeable with all of my million questions about different types of doors, maintenance, etc. The door was delivered exactly when they said it would be, installation was done on time, and they installed all the extra carriage house hardware as well. They left the garage and driveway clean after the install, and they even replaced the old garage door button that I had for free (I just didn’t like it because it looked scratched, even though it worked fine).
We have gotten so many compliments on the door already. The kids next door now call our little 1,000 square foot house «the mansion house» because the garage door looks that good! If you need anything related to your garage door, whether it’s maintenance or full replacement, call these guys!

We called Jim again due to some wiring issue (our fault! they did everything right during installation). Jim came in just 1 day and get everything fixed quickly. He also lubricated all the tracks and joints for us. We are so happy to know that we are in good hands.

We had our new garage door installed back in Feburary and we are already getting compliments from neighbors even though the house is still under construction.
All the people we meet are friendly and installation team was professional and efficient. Jim first came to our house making measurements, he not only found out what we wanted was in stock (instead of waiting for 1 month), but also gave us a very competitive price for the entire package. He also came to help finished all the hardware installation. We could not be happier with the final results! I promised Jim to upload the photo once the driveway and final stucco are completed. but would like to post the review first as we love the garage door they installed.

We are so glad that we called Door Pros in the Burlingame area to come out and look at our garage door. Jim came out as schedule. He was very professional. We called thinking that we needed a new garage door but as it was Jim replaced the overhead motor to a side mounted motor which gave us the confidence of full security. The side mount motor had a feature that was like a dead bolt on a front door. We were blown away when we heard that the motor we had on our door was so easy to break into when the new side mounted motor is by far a greater and safest way to secure your cars or whatever that is in your garage. We would definitely use and recommend Door Pros to anyone looking for garage door service or replacement.
