I like Dr. Girolami because he listens to me.
Sometimes I have to wait because he is running late but it’s worth the wait.
It’s not easy finding a doctor who actually listens to you.
Lisa and Janelle are great friendly and busy!
I disagree with A. H the office is not cramped and yes he is correct there are no windows in waiting room. I don’t think I have been in any dr’s office that had windows in the waiting room except the new ones at Peninsula Hospital.

This office has no concept of customer service. You enter a cramped windowless room. Nobody greets you. On the far wall is an opaque window, closed. They don’t want to see the patients. After you knock on the window they have you sign some forms. They told me to sign a form saying that I had received the patient confidentiality agreement. They did not give me the agreement.
The biggest problem is that I arrived on time for my appointment at 4 pm and waited a half hour before I asked them when I would see the doctor. They told me I would have to wait another 30 minutes. Forget this! I said I was leaving. «Do you want to reschedule?». «No thanks, I was here at 4 pm and you did not have time to see me, now you want me to wait an hour. I am finding another doctor.»
Don’t let them waste your time here.
