I made the huge mistake of going to the Hillsdale store first. That store used to be great but it has gone downhill over the last 5 years (manager was great. Staff couldn’t care less).
They suggested I call customer service to find resolution to my problem (which the sales associate at the Hillsdale caused). After 30
Wasted precious minutes in the phone, they referred me back to the store sigh
So I decided to visit the burlingame store. The customer service in BG is top notch. They were able to find me a solution the minute I walked in the door, no hassles, no judgement, just a desire to make a customer’s day. Thanks to Ria and her manager on duty for restoring my faith in Gymboree!

not a bad little children’s clothes store. while there’s a baby gap and baby couture nearby, it’s always nice to have some variety. (funny that now I’m rating baby stores.) decent store with a good variety! Great location right in the middle of Burlingame Ave too.
