Rona Blevins – State Farm Insurance Agent

Rona Blevins had my fathers homeowners and car insurance policies for many years. My father, who now has dementia, let his insurance lapse. I have stepped in as Power of Attorney to sort out his affairs, and contacted Rona to get a quote to reinstate his homeowners insurance. I thought with our long history of being a customer she would be happy to get the business back. On the phone she implied that I should go elsewhere. However, knowing that she had all our information, combined with a real need on my part to take care of many other issues with my father in a limited amount of time, I asked her to email me a quote. She called me back after she made an attempt to email me, but mis-​spelled the address. I gave it to her again, and here I am more than a day later and still no quote or follow up.
You are right, Rona, I have found another agent to take care of me.

I had my State Farm policies with another agent in Palo Alto, who was unresponsive. I transferred my policies to Rona, and she and her assistant Dana have been wonderful. They have been super responsive and helpful.
