One of the tires seemed to be leaking so I stopped by. Paul checked and didn’t find any problem and didn’t charge me anything. The first time I went to this place, my experience seems to be very consistent with other positive reviews. Would go back for other services.

These guys were great! I had a nail in my tire. I was there at 8:30 when they opened and was out by 8:47 all good to go! Friendly dude working too! Thanks guys!

I found these guys when they were still at their old location on California Ave but their new location is equally as nice and more centrally located. 5 stars because they are very honest, reliable, and reasonable. They always go the extra mile and make sure all my questions are answered. They took care of me when I had a nail in my tire which my dealership «overlooked». Since then, they’ve patched my tires several times, replaced my tires, checked my brakes, done an oil and filter change, and helped me fix a head light. They are a pleasure to talk to, they are honest, and they do excellent work for a reasonable price. Two thumbs up!

Have purchased probably 7 – 8 sets of tires from them over the years. Never an issue and prices seem very fair. Brakes, alignments, etc. are always spot on. Smaller location a little harder to deal with, but very solid.

Have been going to Shaffer’s for 10+ years for all my vehicles. As a testament to how good of a job Steve and Paul do, I take my BMW M3 with tires mounted by Shaffer’s to the race track and the tires are perfectly balanced and wheels properly torqued. in short one less thing to worry about with high performance driving! They will also give very honest feedback on various tires/​compounds and whether you really need an alignment. Good, honest local guys who know exactly what they’re doing and are quite reasonable in comparison to other competitors.

They have moved from 777 California Drive. We had dropping tyre pressure in one of our tyres. We were given a quote of 30 $ to repair it if there is a leak and a time of 30 minutes to do that. We got coffee and when we returned they were finishing up on it. It was a screw.
It was a relatively simple task but they paid full attention and did their job well. It was above and beyond what was normally expected since we were asked if we preferred Nitrogen in the tyres (he had noticed N2 written on the valve caps.)
Generally, the tendency would be to finish off a job and that would be it but they went the extra mile, so to speak.
Well, we are happy with our first experience and would come back here.
