This is THE place to pop in and get a temperature-appropriate beverage while you are strolling the Baytrail. They are open from early in the morning to the late afternoon in the hotel lobby of the Marriott. There is a large seating area in the lobby, and another one outdoors.(There are also nice restrooms here.) Although I rarely if ever stay in this hotel, I patronize this Bucks nearly every time I stay at SFO. I give them the extra star for their location, location, location. Service indeed can be spotty, but they hydrate me when I need it. Props to them. See you soon!

Very slow, indifferent service here. Four people working but only one person making drinks. The rest are hanging around slowly wiping the floor and rearranging merchandise as customers wait. No smile or hello. Very high prices, at least $ 1 – 2 more than regular Starbucks, and they charge tax on top of the higher prices.

A Starbucks is a Starbucks, but these employees are terrible. Slow service and apathy is their forte.

A coworker whispered to me one day, we have a Starbucks within walking distance you know… No I didn’t know! I do now! From the moment I walked into the hotel and was greeted by smiles galore and friendly people all the way to the back where the Starbucks is, friendly atmosphere. It wasn’t busy, yay! Has all the same selection as I can tell so far, with very nice baristas who said we will remember you and your drink should you happen to come back. I have a work Starbucks, yippee! Only I can tell from other Starbucks locations, no line, and you can’t use Earned rewards there.

Didn’t ask for my name for my coffee. They weren’t very friendly and my white mocha wasn’t very good. The service was fast though and the location is convenient and very clean.

Starbucks management wrote back apologizing and reached out to notify the store of the misconduct. Thank you Starbucks management for the 12 hour turnaround response to my complaint. I never regret purchasing your stocks.

I love to find coffee shops with unique, distinctive locations — this Starbucks at the Marriott San Francisco Airport Hotel definitely qualifies. Conveniently located off the Burlingame Bay Trail near Bayfront Park, it’s a quick detour off the trail for some caffeine refreshment. An abundant seating area overlooks the beautiful San Francisco Bay and SFO Airport; we took turns watching either the shorebirds, or planes arriving and taking off. If it’s too cool, the hotel turns on outdoor heating by the seats! Or take your coffee and continue strolling and enjoying the Bay views on the trail. The Starbucks store itself may be standard issue, and prices are higher than normal(hotel takes a cut), but for my rating it’s location, location, location — and this one is hard to beat.

Such a big location. But, they said they aren’t authorized. I bought my drinks with the Starbucks card. Went back for a refill and the cashier said, «sure!» but as she was punching it in, she eyed her manager. The manager then said it’s $ 1 for refills. Apparently, they didn’t participate in the normal store promotions for free refills on «gold» card holders. ohh $ 4 for tall latte. you must be balling for this place

This is a FULL Starbucks location! And it was INSIDE my hotel which was the best thing ever as far as I was concerned. Particularly, as an East Coaster traveling to PST, it was excellent to have an option for breakfast at 5:00 am local time. And, of course the coffee can’t be beat.

RIGHT off the bay’s walking/running/biking bath, I stopped for a Starbucks coffee and breakfast sandwich in the AM. GREAT outside seating with views & smells of the bay. Airplanz taking off and landing at the SFO airport in the distance. VERY peaceful. Grab your SBUX inside the Marriott and come outside for sensory pleasure. The downside: hotel prices + Starbucks prices = more expensive then it should be.

Typical hotel Starbucks… of course it is going to cost a bit more but as always this Starbucks delivers. I haven’t ever been disappointed when coming here. Beautiful views outside on the Bay front too.

Walk through the hotel lobby and it’s to your right. It has just about everything your standard global SBUX has. However, this place is super tiny. Also, you’ll come to realize that SBUXs in hotels charge waaayyy more for everything.

I was in here last week. right in the hotel. the only option to room service. closes at 4PM. a little more expensive than other Starbucks, but you don’t have a choice if you need your coffee. You are in the middle of no where, unless you go into town into Burlingame. store is clean.

High faluten Starbucks that is in the Marriott Hotel. Same ol Starbucks coffee… shhhhh, don’t tell anyone but I prefer Peets. When this small shop closes down in the early evening they draw a big ol thick @$$ heavy curtain to shut that mo fo down. Down right ugly looking but I guess it works for them.

Ahh yes, the employees are nice and the beverages are the same as any other one of their branches. However they do get you on the price. It is a bit steeper here. But then you’re in the middle of not much and so they’ve got a captive audience

Typical Starbucks with average baristas and looking for tips. If I get another cock-eyed judgmental looks because I chose not to tip this crew… I will explode… Positive note: the place was clean and deli line was stocked.

Fake Starbucks. Terrible stocking — both days we came here before noon and they were already out of croissants and many other pastries. They don’t have a microwave so forget having anything warmed, and they’re missing half the usual menu. It’s just a place to go if you’re stuck in the hotel and desperate.

I would give one star if I could, but at least the people were nice… Why do people go to Starbucks? Because of the consistent quality of their coffees, right? You figure you can go to any Starbucks and get a decent cup of coffee, right? Well, this was the very first time I ever encountered not ONE but TWO horrible Starbucks drinks. I stayed overnight at the Marriott with my Mom and sister and being the coffee dependent person I am, went downstairs to Starbucks. At first I had some sticker shock!!! 2.10(or was it 2.20?) for a TALL drip coffee, 3.95 for a TALL green tea latte, but I figure the rates are higher since it’s in a hotel lobby. I figure I didn’t mind spending the money, better than getting into my car and driving to a local starbucks — all to save about 2 bucks. My drip coffee was SO weak that I had to ask the Barista«What is your drip coffee today? Is it supposed to be mild?» He answered«it’s Gold Coast, it’s bold.» then I replied, «Sure doesn’t seem like it.» I didn’t feel like asking for a new cup of drip coffee — I figure, it will come out the same. Line was kinda long, too — I didn’t feel like making a stink. So, I brought the drinks back to our hotel room… As for the green tea latte, my sister said it tasted so watery. It sure was! First, it tasted luke warm! I tried it and it was horrible as well. I told her to go back down and complain and have them make her a new one, but she didn’t want to deal with the hassel either. Never again! I had to go to ANOTHER Starbucks in Burlingame for a «redo» after lunch just to get our coffee fix!

Gorgeous new Starbucks right inside the Marriott hotel on the waterfront. It’s just past the front desk in the newly remodeled lobby. Surprisingly, it’s quite spacious, yet cozy. They just opened in late October 2007, so things are still very new and clean. No breakfast sandwiches or wraps but they have the pre-packaged sandwiches, yogurts and breakfast/dessert pastries. And, as usual, super friendly customer service and consistently great espresso drinks(plus, they even had enough inventory to have some clearance holiday items on sale; coffee + shopping = happiness). Bonus — within walking distance for businesses along the Bayshore corridor, east of hwy. 101, which includes me! *no need to drive on any overpasses to get to this Starbucks if you’re anywhere between the Hyatt and Westin on Old Bayshore.
