Attorneys behaving badly!!!
I’ll definitely be reporting these awful attorneys to The State Bar of California.
This law firm wrongly sued my mother, levied her bank account of thousands and thousands of dollars and refused to even reimburse her bank charges. Can you imagine being old and having your life savings ripped away for a stressful 2 weeks and not being able to pay your mortgage all because some dumb ass attorney didn’t check to see if the social security numbers matched?
My mother woke up one morning to find that her entire life savings was gone in an instant and she had absolutely no idea how and why. She then later discovered that the Law Offices of Mark Watson levied her bank accounts because she shared the same name as someone that committed fraud. Mind you, the person that committed the fraud does not share the same age, address, social security number etc. as my mother.
After, over 10 calls made to their office to inform them of their mistake were completely ignored, they continued to levy my mother’s bank accounts. I had to get my attorney involved to retrieve my mother’s money back and finally got the money returned. I emailed this law firm to request that they reimburse my mother for over $ 200.00 in bank fees that were incurred by them wrongly removing funds out of her bank accounts. They refused!!!
Steer clear of this firm. They do not do their due diligence in even suing the right person. Check the social security number!!! A bunch of idiots! Warning!!! Don’t hire this firm to represent you. Their Mickey Mouse law practices are completely ridiculous!

Mr. Watson and his team are not only knowledgeable on various areas of law, but are also very easy to talk with. They explain processes in an easy to understand manner without making you feel intimidated. I would highly recommend. They have a lot of experience and have been easy to work with.
