Forgot to write a review for this visit a couple of weeks ago. Went here after a happy hour work event next door at Straits. Decided to get a boba drink to sip on during the long ride home back to Hayward. Went with the peach, mango, and honey black milk tea with boba drink. So friggin yummy! I love Tpumps so much — please open one in Hayward, thanks! Haha

This is the best boba I’ve had in a long time. I went to the Burlingame location. I love the customization options, and the fact that the drinks actually taste like the tea you select.

We went to Tpumps at 11:00pm tonight and they actually had closed… but the door was open so walked in. They gave us three free drinks! So nice! Totally made my night!

I usually only get Tpumps to go when friends are out in the city and bring some home for me. Came here last night with my son & husband after we dropped my mother off to SFO. The lines got pretty long for a Monday night! The location is in such a cute strip of shopping and restaurants. The parking kinda sucked but that was expected as other reviewers mentioned. I’m such a plain jane, I never try new flavors so I just stuck with a honeydew milk tea. It was sooooo awesome to know that you can pick what kind of tea you want! They have decafinated tea! So if you are pregnant or don’t want a little rush, get it decaf! I wish other boba places in the East Bay offered that! My husband got a caramel peach black tea slush with honey boba and it was actually really good, until the peach kicked in lol. I think that’s why I’m so hesitant to mix flavors cuz what would taste good with caramel besides coffee or hazelnut or something? Idk my husbands taste is so weird lol. I docked one star because it was my first time there and a fight almost broke out in the store cuz some guy spit on another guys car or something and threw a cigarette in the trash can in the store! I know it’s not the stores fault but they should probably put a «no smoking within 20 feet» sign outside the door. Or maybe I just shouldn’t go there at night haha. Too bad there’s no TPUMPS in the east bay. I probably wouldn’t drive all the way out to get boba but next time I’m in the area I will def stop by!

Line was out the door but got my drink within 20 minutes of entering the line! Ordered a Lychee Green Milk Tea with boba and it was so good. I feel like the milk tea here is distinctively different than most milk tea places I’ve tried — in a very good way. The boba was also very chewy and sweet. 10⁄10 would come back.

Came here with my girlfriend the other night for something sweet and refreshing after our dinner. Our drinks came out fast and they were perfect! I ordered the salted caramel coconut and my girlfriend got the honey almond. Definitely one of the better milk tea places I’ve been to .

Tpumps is definitely one of the better boba places. The tea is always fresh and it feels clean. I never had a bad experience here and the drinks are never overly sweet or tastes watery. All the employees are nice and friendly even during busy hours. You can choose up to three flavors with no additional charge. They also have some recommendations on what you should mix. They have cool flavors that you could choose from such as Sea Salt or Pomegranate. The price for a regular is $ 3.50! Boba is already included and there is no tax so it is cheaper than most hyped boba places. If you are craving boba, tpumps at this location or any other location is the way to go!

Ive heard so many things about this place and needless to say the hype is soooo real! Tpumps is quite the drive from my house. But after eating brunch in Burlingame with a couple friends, we decided to try this place. I ordered a peach mango green tea w/boba. It was so good and refreshing. I was able to taste the tea along with the fruit flavors. Their boba is chewy and sweet. However, I docked a star because they’re not very generous with their toppings. My boba was all gone before my drink was half empty.

Interesting place for exotic Tea concoctions. The service is friendly and they have free samples of the Tea of The Day. I would go back for sure as it leaves you wanting to try other flavors.

Yum! I’ve always been turned off by long lines at TPumps in general. Luckily, today I went around 1:30 and there was no wait. The coconut mango GMT and the«Green Jolly Rancher» sound delicious on the fan faves board but today I tried the Passion Strawberry Guava GMT. It is soooo good! I was trying to go for a POG flavor but I don’t think I saw orange. Anyway. I highly recommend that combo with light sweetness. The honey boba is PERFECT. It was chewy and soft and had the perfect amount of sweetness from the honey. Service was very friendly and helpful especially when trying to enter my phone number for their five stars rewards program.

Ahh Tpumps… I’ve had it when they first opened and I’ve had it now. This was the hype a few years back. I haven’t had boba as much as I used to but Tpumps is still one of my favorite places to go to. My all time favorite drink would be the strawberry pomegranate green tea. It’s sweet but tart at the same time… very similar to the passion tea lemonade from Starbucks. However my new favorite would be the mango rose milk green tea! Ugh sooooo good! You def can’t pass on the honey boba either. I would say that I prefer this location better than the one on Irving St in SF just because the workers here are way nicer. I will be back!

Review is for the girl who was passing out the drinks. One, the girl at the register messed up my drink order. I told the girl behind the counter it’s not right so they remade it. She had an attitude when I told her. She«apologized» when she gave me the correct one but it was insincere. I then looked at the amount of boba in my drink. It was like a ½ inch of boba with a few on top. I asked the same girl if this is the normal amount and she said«yeah it is…» There is no way in hell thats a normal amount. I’m paying extra for 10 pieces of boba. You have to be kidding me. I don’t care how busy it is. Keep your drinks consistent. Such a rip off. I took like two sips and there was no boba left. This location is a joke.

The mango passion is the absolute best flavor! I added the honey boba and love it. I haven’t ever tried another flavor but I brought my family here and it was their first times and they loved it! My sister had the green milk tea and my dad had the strawberry passion. Everything is great here definitely the best boba tea place in the are!

Their honey boba is perfectly cooked & soft. The staff is super friendly & will fix your drink if you want it sweeter or anything. Be prepared for the long lines tho. However, waiting in line is worth it. :)

Okay if «light» sweetness(25%) is still super sweet, I don’t want to know how regular or extra sweetness would taste. Boba is chewy and good, I liked the taro flavor(I wasn’t brave enough to try mixing flavors just yet, as it was my first time at any Tpumps ever), and I loved that the milk is lactose-free and they offer a non-caffeinated tea option. I just wish the tea flavor was a bit stronger. Decently solid place to get boba if you’re in the area, but I wouldn’t wait in line for it. For a healthier sweet snack, head across the street to Jougert Bar.

This is not comparable to any other boba place. No purple kow, no share tea, no chatime, no boba guys… This is one of a kind. Like a first love. Not comparable by any means. This is perfect if you like flavored drinks, I love the coconut lychee passion fruit green tea. It’s liquid damn gold! And also love the passion peach coconut green milk tea. Depending on how you’re feeling. I also love the boba. It’s made to perfection and I also love the girls there! Just the parking in Burlingame SUCKS.

The boba here is really good! Has a sweet taste on its own! Definitely the best boba I have had in my norcal stay so far . The inside is confusing though and seems very westernized. The way the menu is set up is not something I have encountered before. And there were so many flavors that it was kind of overwhelming. I ended up getting the tie guan yin milk tea with boba. The wait ended up being very long since apparently they don’t have this tea made already? It was OK though because I watched a slideshow of instagram photos of people who were drinking Tpumps. Also one of the workers walked around and handed out some free samples! When I got my drink, it wasn’t filled up to the very very top, which I found disappointing lol. There was like a centimeter more of liquid that could fit!!! The interior of the store appears as though it’s under construction. Also it smells like it’s under construction.

I don’t get the hype around Tpumps. Everything is made from powder, and the boba was too soft for my liking. Though, I did appreciate the fact that when I asked for low sugar, it was actually low. They are part of Five Stars which was nice. I wouldn’t go out of my way for this place, but they are open later than other boba spots which I appreciate. There’s plenty of street parking in the evening when the area isn’t as busy.

Didn’t really see the reason people were crazy about this place. It’s basically the first non Asian boba chain I’ve seen. What? Anyways. Don’t remember what I had the first time. But I wasn’t impressed. My second visit. I ordered the passion peach with black milk tea, honestly I didn’t expect much because I’m not so much into fruity drinks. To my surprise I actually really liked it! My friend said the taste was almost like ice cream. Their boba, which was very light in flavor, had a perfect texture. Nomnomnom So make sure you get a good combination, they also samples out some other strawberry concoction which was also quite tasty. Will be back when I’m in the Bay Area! Definitely

Haven’t had an amazing boba tea until I was introduced to this place. This is one of their nicer location by the shopping area. When you first walked in, you will smell the nice aroma of fresh brewed tea. That’s when you know tea is good. My two top favorites are the Honey Milk Green Tea and the Rose Passion Green Tea. Depending on what you’re thirsty for, if you want something light and refreshing, I would suggest the Rose Passion Green Tea. The milk tea is amazing but it will fill you up. As a must, make sure to add tapioca. The texture is very different compared to other boba tea places. As for prices, super cheap! A regular cup here is compared to a large cup at other places but cheaper. I purchased two regular boba tea drinks for about under $ 5. Sweet!
