Buying a home can be stressful and a tedious at the same time, but Tracy made the entire process seem so simple. This was my first purchase and like most people I was a frequent open house jumper on sundays. Waking up at 8am to look at houses that weren’t advertised correctly, had false pictures, were only showing at certain times, or had agents that were EXTREMELY pushy in the sale was not what I had signed up for. My girlfriend and I just wanted to start our life together by finding a home… simple right? We thought so, but had no idea. Tracy educated us and explained the home buying process flawlessly. She went over every line of every contract and arranged everything from showings to inspections to meetings with the lenders, and more. Her organizational skills are uncanny and diligent work ethic make you feel comfortable and confident in your decision. Don’t waste your time with other money hungry agents and get represented by someone who actually cares. She took time out of her busy schedule to drive us around when we weren’t familiar with the area. The easiest hardest decision i’ve ever made.

I rarely do Unilocal reviews to be honest, but after how helpful Tracy was I had to take the time. With how competitive and crazy the housing market in San Francisco is, the entire experience can be overwhelming and plain frustrating. Picking someone to help you with this process is very important as its hard to tell who has your best interest in mind, or just wants a cut. Tracy put my mind at ease and made our entire experience so much easier.

She is very patient and I can’t stress how important it is to have a patient person helping you make a very big important decision such as buying a house.
