I first saw Dr. Williams in 2012 for a complicated occlusion issue. Due to the nature of the problem he suggested I go see a prosthodontist. Since then I have undergone several bite reconstruction procedures with other dentists, and during this difficult time for me, although I was no longer his patient, Dr. Williams was extremely kind to patiently spend time with me on the phone to answer all my questions and offer his opinion, advice and support each time I was in doubt about a treatment plan or a procedure. Just recently I needed some adjustment work done on a couple of crowns. Dr. Williams didn’t hesitate to take me back as his patient, and was able to fix my problem in one visit. During my interaction with Dr. Williams, either as a patient or just asking for hist advice, he was always very straightforward and honest, friendly and compassionate. BTW, Dr. Williams was first referred to my wife by a friend. She, unlike me has almost perfect teeth but still needed a crown on a back molar, and asked Dr. Williams to do it — she has been very happy with the result.

I was referred to Dr. Williams by family. He did an excellent job fixing a broken crown. I’m really happy with the results. His staff are very professional and friendly. It’s never a pleasure to go to the dentist but my visits to this office have been pleasant and the only discomfort was the legendary ‘you’re going to feel a slight pinch’ line all dentists give… and it really was just a pinch. ;)
