This is the best gym in Burlington and one of the best in the state for the shear magnitude of their offering. Two regulation size basketball courts with viewing area that can be modified into four regulation size courts for tournament play. Another full size court gym for juniors with an eight food goal. Olympic sized indoor heated swimming pool, 3 20×40 spin rooms, 6 concrete wall racquetball courts, 2 20×40 rooms of cardio equipment, 2 large rooms of free weights, 1 of machine weight equipment, men/​women locker rooms with showers and a full his and her health club complete with hot tubes, sauna (heat & water), TVs, pool table, etc. This place is massive, the equipment is very new and the building is kept up nicely. I was a member here years ago and really impressed with all the upgrades and modernization attempts over the years. The only complaint, there seems to have been little effort in maintaining a high quality on the racquetball courts and the lighting system on the 4 glass wall back courts is horrible.

Absolutely love this gym! They have a great child watch program with very friendly people all around. My oldest goes swimming in the infinity pool. And my husband and I love the treadmills! Really great hours too… Can’t wait to try out the sauna :)
