I used to get all my shoes from Aldo. My most recent pair, which cost $ 200, fell apart within 3 months of wearing them. Literally, the heel fell off on one shoe and the leather looked like it had been worn for 5 years(even with the Aldo shoe protectant). I brought the shoes in and showed them to the staff and was asking for a replacement pair, not a refund or anything else. The service I received was deplorable. Its one thing if there is nothing that could be done, but another to communicate this message in an unfriendly and inconsiderate tone and manner. Unfortunately for Aldo, I will never shop at any Aldo again.

The service in this store was absolutely deplorable. Everyone who was working at the time I was shopping were downright rude and not accommodating. One manager in particular lectured me on what sizes they had available when I asked for a half size in a way that was snarky and unpleasant. Won’t step foot in this location again.

I occasionally shop at Aldo — however I had a horrible customer service experience where the MANAGER could not figure out how to do a price adjustment. 35 minutes after the transaction was started, I finally got my credit and was informed the amount«In the hash tags» was what I was getting back on my credit card.() does not equal #! The poor lady didn’t know what a pound sign(#) was versus parentheses. SMDH.
