Every time we pass through Burlington, IL we stop at this gas station to fill up & grab drinks for the road. It’s a convenient location on our monthly trip from Decatur, IL to Crystal Lake, IL. However, every time that the older lady is working she never speaks a word to us, not a hello, welcome, thank you, nothing. Her attitude and body language scream ‘you are not welcome here’ and ‘I hate that you’re here’. She’s rude and done right nasty. After today’s nastiness, we will not be stopping there again.
