Best place to buy a used vehicle!!! Start here first. These guys are a bunch of honest laid back buys (new generation car salesmen) who aim to please. We dealt with 4 guys; Derek honest and low pressure, ours Duane what do you want and lets get it, finance Ron we will make it happen, and boss Mitch who made big sacrifices and we appreciate it! Together these guys make buying a used vehicle easy and low stress.

This dealership and their shoddy business practices are simply the norm in the industry. This is why I don’t sell cars. Shady deals, misdirecting customers to another salesman and out and out lying.
I had a little time on my hands, so I stopped by to see if they needed some help. They told me all the good things they do and how great their customer service is. I hate lying dealerships. I sold high end boats for years, and these customers know what’s going on. One line of BS, and a year or two of hard work with the customer is gone for good.
As soon as I hit the floor, the BS starts flying. The general manager (GM) starts telling me that the prices are «around» an amount. I don’t know about you, but someone who can’t give me a straight price won’t get my business. Don’t put up with that.
Then I find out that customers I spoke with on the phone and directed to the website to fill out a credit application are being written up by another salesman. That’s just plain out and out theft. If they cheat their help, they certainly have no qualms about cheating you, the customer.
I have never had a problem with not having an answer for a customer. I’m not bothered by asking management for an answer for a customer. Well, not here. Any question directed to management got a lot of ridicule. The common response would be why do they want to know? I’m not asking a customer why they want to know something, and I won’t try to fake an answer. Just like the price game, straight answers were seldom forthcoming.
Another slick tactic is to turn down an offer from one customer, only to accept the same offer amount when presented by another salesman. Clearly playing favorites with one over another. I always knew that the first offer was the one that gets accepted. Obviously, their other salesman had a deal working and they gave him the ok instead of me. That’s another way of cheating.
Here’s another scam worthy of disdain. These dealerships employ wholesalers to buy stock for them. Let’s say there’s a car that sells for $ 10,000. This car may be booked in at $ 8000 cost, so the salesman gets paid on the profit of $ 2000. Not too bad for a days work, but understand this car was most likely bought for around $ 5000 by the dealer’s wholesaler. So the dealer pays the wholesaler on the $ 3000 between the purchase cost and the wholesale cost ($ 8000). The salesman gets cheated out of this $ 3000 in additional profit that the dealer and the wholesaler pocketed. Sounds crooked? You’re right.
If the staff were treated honestly, paid what they should be paid, and trained in proper morals, there wouldn’t be the lousy public opinion about dealers. I doubt that this would happen. There are a couple of really good dealers around, but they are hard to find.
If you have had a bad experience with Pierre Money Mart or Harris Ford, then you know what will happen here. Same ownership. Same clowns.
Do your homework. Don’t trust a dealership of any kind.
I can go on and on about how things weren’t right, but the long and short of it is that you won’t get treated right here. If you think they are, then you’re getting snowed.

Worst customer service ever, as soon as I inquired on a specific car, the price mysteriously changed (added 2k to the price). They said they would guarantee approval, I gave them all my financials, turns out they never even pulled my credit. They said they only had one car on their entire lot they could finance me on. I went elsewhere got a loan from a credit union within an hour and was driving a new car. Burlington Used Car wasted almost a week of my time — never pulled my credit, yet said they had an approval, and then tried to sell me a Mercury Grand Marquis, when I inquired on a Mercedes. I would not recommend them to anyone.

This place is definitely the place to buy cars. My fiancé bought his car there, my co worker and two of my neighbors all bought their car here recently and they all love their car so much! Their new finance manager is amazing and he will do whatever he can to get you in a car you want. All the sales guys are very nice and funny and don’t pressure you at all. I mean that’s why we dread going to a car lot right? Well these guys are very patient and everyone I know that bought their car here will say the same thing!

If you are looking for a place to buy a car, SKIP THIS PLACE! I was in need of a commuter car and came here because I figured it would be a good place, so I came here and got suckered into a older car with very low miles. The car on Kelly Blue Book was valued at 4000 $ and I walked out of the place with 11 000 $. Ok, I can live with that because it will be my commuter car. 3 days later it over heated and blew up going down the freeway. After 3 weeks in the shop the insurance that they insisted I had refused to pay for it. Next the crappy tires that they had on it decided to blow up and I had to buy another set of tires. After being extremely frustrated with this car, I went back to BUCS and said I wanted my money back, and they said essentially too bad and go pound sand. Also, «we didnt force you to buy it» was there stance. So much for customer service, huh? That is my horror story and I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Since this place has been under new ownership, I had heard nothing but great things from co-​workers so I had to check out for myself. Other dealers had told me that I needed to spend more than I had to get what I wanted. BUCS took what I had and exceeded my expectations! Thank you BUCS!!!
